Just got home after my first dining experience here. WOW! It was way more than I expected! Ambience was like a downtown or Broad Ripple location, very nice decor.Food was presented in a lovely manner. I had the Chef Fernando Ribeye and I'd highly recommend! The huge steak was served over a fire roasted tomato sauce that was so delicious. There was also a generous side of roasted carrots and potatoes. I am now a member of their clean plate club! Frank was perfectly attentive to our all female group. Overall, I can't wait to go back!

New Year's Eve dinner. We had 630 reservations but still had to wait for our table to be ready. They had a nice photo backdrop for the new year for the family. Service took forever. The table next to us had a larger party, sat after us, and received drinks, apps, and dinner before we did. Server forgot a side order of carrots, side order of rice, and a to go cup when he was asked.Food was delicious. Salsa, guacamole, and queso were good. Chicken mole was savory with a slight spice. The carne asada was savory and the cactus was a nice touch. The atmosphere appeared elegant prepped for the new year party. I would try this place again and give the service another chance.

Oh my gosh! What a gem in downtown Plainfield. I found the place as I needed somewhere near the Indy airport (15 minutes away). The ambiance and decor are stunning. There is a free parking garage next door. The food is next-level Mexican. Fresh and full of flavor. All four dishes we had and the salsa and chips were delicious. The only downside is that the water and tea glasses are small, and I had trouble getting help when the restroom was out of toilet paper. Prices are slightly higher than a standard local restaurant but it is well worth it. Yum!

The service was good and we were seated in the bar area. We ordered the drink special and a few other cocktails. The menu offered a twist on classic latin cuisine. A couple people chose the Aztec queso fundido, Flautas Mexico, and salsa trio as appetizers. Two ordered the flor de pina and they liked it. Over all the food and ambiance was good. As with most drink specials they were weak. It is not tex méx so if that is what you prefer go somewhere else thisis somewhat elevated Mexican with a twist.

This one will blow your socks off! We started with margaritas and the queso fundido. Both were absolutely delicious! I wish we hadn't started with the queso fundido though, only because I was too full for dinner, which was also amazing! BUT, my leftover lunch was delicious too, so it all worked out! I had the pork dish. I can't access the menu right now, but it was at the top of the menu and had a coconut sauce on it. This type of pork is often overdone in a restaurant but it was perfect, juicy, and just fell apart so easily. My husband had the molcajete and loved it. Our server asked how he wanted the steak cooked and it actually came cooked as requested, this is often overdone at other restaurants too. My mom had the Birria tacos and my step dad ordered a dish served in half of a pineapple. We all loved the rice and beans too!We truly loved this experience. They take reservations but didn't appear to need them, maybe because it was a Wednesday. The service was excellent and the food truly blew me away. Highly recommend!

We had a Sunday night dinner. The restaurant was not busy. We had an excellent meal.We started with the Guacamole dip along with the Chips N Salsa they brought. The Guac was fresh and had chunks of avocado. Everyone at the table enjoyed it. I had the house Rita with the Mezcal uptick. They brought a 1/2 shot of Mezcal on the side, which I added to the Rita. The Rita was excellent.I have the Monte Alban (?), which was very good. A touch on the dry side, which is a risk with chicken. The carrots and beans were excellent. It was served on a hot stone. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. The server had recommended the dish served in a pineapple, which our son raved about. The server was excellent. She made great recommendations, and even steered us away from one of the drinks we had inquired about (which I always appreciate). The restaurant had a cool, modern feel.We would definitely eat here again when we are back in Plainfield/Indy.

Just stopped by here for a late lunch and was happy to see that they offer lunch quite late. The lunch specials are priced at $12 and that's a pretty good deal. I had the Arroz con Pollo and was delighted to see a huge portion with an abundance of Pollo on it. The chicken was grilled, nicely seasoned and not dry at all. Even the rice had some seasoning and it was covered in a lot of cheese. Just as it should be. This was truly the best version of this dish I ever had. So yes I will be back for more. Parking on the street can be a bit tricky, but there is a parking garage adjacent.

This place was a complete knock out! I'm thinking about it right now it was that tasty! I ordered Queso Birria tacos, Arron con pollo, churros, and it's was so delightful! Everything was delicious, so I'm going to hit the highlights! The arroz con pollo was extraordinary! The queso, the chicken was seasoned to perfection! I couldn't stop eating! Seriously so delicious! I also loved the churros the cinnamon sugar with that fruit dipping sauce that tasked like fruit heaven! Was chefs kiss! We devoured our plates! We went on a random Tuesday and the place was not that busy but there was a parking garage, so that was very easy! Also, I can't forgot the superb service we received! He was nice, engaging, funny, and made sure we needed for nothing! The decor was so beautiful and refreshing! Sophisticated elegance with pops of color and culture felt like a beautiful blend!

Met my daughter and her boyfriend for dinner at Tlahcos. No one in our party had been there before and wanted to try it out.Parking in the public garage was convenient and free. Two in our party had the Quesa Birria Tacos, another had the Gobernador Tacos, and I had the Alambre. Everyone enjoyed their selections. The Alambre is grilled chicken with green pepper, bacon, melted cheese and onions. Rice and black beans were served on the side. The restaurant was nice, somewhat loud with music due to open ceiling but surprisingly still able to have some good conversation. More upscale than your average Mexican restaurant.Service was quick and attentive.
