The Sugar Shoppe Bakery

Decided to stop in on a Friday afternoon with my kids and was pleasantly surprised! This small town bakery is very reasonably priced & delicious. They also offer lunch options that change on the daily. This is a definite stop for a sweet treat!

Great cakes and cupcakes and they also serve lunch! Great people and great small town feel.

Stopped in to see what they offer. I was surprised to find a lunch menu handwritten on the wall and can't wait to stop in sometime soon for a meal. The ladies explained the menu changes daily. Today, I just got 4 cupcakes to try out (cookies and cream & lemon with raspberry filling. My family loved them.

I have been shopping here for a while now. I got my wedding cupcakes from them and I am still getting compliments months later about how delicious they were. Strawberry shortcake and vanilla are absolutely winners. We also got very chocolatey ones for my dad and they were very much enjoyed. Not one went to waste!

Wow so many glowing reviews. Sure would be nice to try it. Been parked in front of the store twice waiting for the open light to come on so that I could buy sweets for my husband's co workers. In this time when so many small businesses are forced to close their doors and here's a business that can't take the time to modify their hours of business on their website. Oh well too many other small bakeries I can depend on to spend any time on this place of business. So off to Facebook to let the followers of my husbands business not to waste their time on The Sugar Shoppe in Brookville Ohio.

I ordered a birthday cake for a friend and it was so delicious everyone wanted to know where I got it. I have also tried the cupcakes, some of the best I have had! This is a great hidden gem of a bakery!
