The Spot on West Fifth

Recently attended the Dooley Social Studio social media Show & Tell here. Such a cool space! Love the exposed brick and wood floors. Honestly such a large space for the location downtown. The bar was awesome, the food was awesome. This is the perfect spot to host an event or a wedding. Parking was so easy, there is a apt lot, street parking, and also the convention center garage!

If I could do less than 1 star I would. New Year's Eve wedding and there was a shooting next door. A shooting. The guests were trying to lock the doors. Many of the guests were from small rural towns and have never seen 20 police cars in the sameplace before. I find out later from the Cincinnati Police Department that the bar next door is considered to be the worst bar in the tristate. On top of it all, the self proclaimed owner of the bar dropped the F bomb towards me. If you are even thinking of having an event here... it's not worth it.
