The entrees were good! I like to start positive... we waited 8 minutes to be greeted by a server, she never smiled simple said "do you know what you want?" She checked back one time and because we were there to catch up on a lot, we had to ask the hostess for drink refills. The atmosphere was quiet which was a plus, but there were SO MANY flies! Quite yummy! I ordered the Classic Trio which was plenty of food for one person. The bread that they bring to the table was very bland however. This is definitely more of a casual Italian place and seems good for a family dinner or casual dinner with friends.

They don't have red and white checkered tablecloths but the muen screams "ITALIAN!" Meals are served with breadsticks and either a side salad or a cup of soup. We went here for dinner and had the Pasta Primavera ($15.95) and the Shrimp and Crab pasta ($22.95). We asked them to substitute Angel Hair with the Primavera and Marinara with the Shrimp which is on the menu as having an Alfredo sauce. They were more than happy to accomodate our substitutions. Both meals came with ample portions. House wine is $7 and is pretty good. The house salads were rather plain and the breadsticks were OK but not great. The restaurant moved from Rt 4 in Fairfield a few years ago and is now part of the Elks meeting hall a bit further north off Rt 4. It's an odd combination but it seems to work. Service was very good and the decor was simple but acceptable. They have a full bar and parking is in their lot. If you want a good Italian meal, check this place out. We will go there again in the future.

Tonight we arrived for our reservation for 6:45 at 6:30. We were seated at 6:45. We walked out at 8:10 because we asked for our server twice and was never acknowledged once. We didn't even get waters. I understand being short staffed but at least acknowledge your customers.
