The Pub Beavercreek

I have eaten inside this restaurant before but had never tried take out. So, I placed an order on DoorDash.The restaurant has a variety of options available, including British-style Fish and Chips. However, I wanted to try something different. So, I ordered their Belhaven Burger, well-done with a side of coleslaw. The Belhaven burger is an 8 ounce hamburger patty, served on a pretzel bun with beer cheese and crispy fried onions. The burger was cooked well-done, as I had asked, and looked really tasty. It is a good burger and the beer cheese and crispy fried onions add a little kick but it isn't too spicy. The beer cheese is more like a spread than actual cheese. It's not a sauce but it's not a slice of cheese either. The crispy fried onions are very good and are similar to onions one might find at a salad bar. This is an excellent burger and I enjoyed it a lot. The coleslaw is good but not as creamy as I would have wanted it to be.The burger was packed carefully in a eco-friendly cardboard/paper container and the coleslaw was in a plastic bowl. The coleslaw was a good size. Ketchup and malt vinegar condiments were included and eating utensils if requested.I heartily recommend. The burger is really good, everything was packaged carefully, and overall I feel it's a good value. I would definitely order here again.

The Pub is on the corner of The Greene. The atmosphere and place are welcoming and so were the host and waiter. They were polite and attentive to us. I loved that the drink menu had quite a list of nonalcoholic options A few suggestions: more vegetarian, GF, and vegan options. At least offer a substitute in the menu. I had the Caesar salad and hubby had the shepherds pie. I would also suggest keeping up the with the bathrooms, the soap dispenser on one end was empty while the other barely had any left, waste hadn't been taken care of, the water on the sink sprayed everywhere but the basin and overall cleanliness was a 2 out of 5.

We went to the Pub for lunch, and it was awesome! The Smoked Old Fashioned was on point, with the perfect amount of smokiness and sweetness. And the tequila cranberry Mule was super refreshing, with a nice kick from the tequila and ginger beerThe fish and chips were amazing. The batter was crispy on the outside, and the fish was flaky on the inside. It came with fries and tartar sauce, which were both greatMy wife had the cranberry pecan salad with a fish slider, and she loved it. The salad was refreshing and flavorful, with a nice crunch from the cranberries and pecans. And the fish slider was the perfect additionOverall, it was a great experience. The food was delicious, the drinks were good, and the atmosphere was cozy. I'd definitely recommend it for a casual and enjoyable lunch!

This was a fun place to eat at. The food was great! I tried the royal combo (sandwich and salad). The fish slider was INCREDIBLE!! I will be getting that next time! The Cesar salad was just okay and nothing to write home about. My partner had the fish and chips and said the fish was good, the chips were okay. We would return!! Neat atmosphere and was busy for a Monday night!

We both got the smaller order of fish and chips (fries). I got a chocolate stout with wasnt bitter. Service was excellent. Food was very good. Another good trip here.

The Pub Beavercreek, OHWe have toured Great Britain six times, and first observed Pub dining to be at a level greatly exceeding an American Sports bar, and on our most recent visit of three weeks greatly enjoyed "Pub Grub" all over that nation.Because The Pub is a short distance from the university, we enjoyed frequent visits. No doubt that The Pub will entertain for rowdy events as well.Tonight we ordered "Best Fish & Chips in the US." The title is a gross exaggeration, but the fish and chips were aggregable. Mum's Pot Roast was our second choice and this dish was nearly as good as my mother's. This PM the local weathermen are greatly exaggerating PM March weather, and fewer folks are out and about. Extremely calm dining at The Pub. Perfect receptionist, server and chef. The ambience of The Pub succeeds in bringing back cherished British memories.

To start we waited for over an hour for our food to arrive at the table and that was with no explanation. My food was cold when it arrived and my wife's sandwich bread was so hard it was almost impossible to eat. We were not impressed.

Fish and chips were very good. Was expecting beans with it like in London not Cole slaw but everything else wasPretty authentic.

My dad loves this place. Says it has a real 'Pub' feel and makes him feel like he's back in England? That's cool and I'd agree, the decor and building are very unique. We get seated immediately, server arrives a very short time later. Server was attentive and super friendly. We ordered the beer cheese appetizer which was incredibly tasty. Then for my main I ordered their 'The best fish & chips in the US''. The fish was pretty good but the chips were kind of not so good. Very cold and gross actually. I should have asked for fresh ones, but seems like a kitchen issue to me. Whomever put these on the plate in back needs to think about how they'd feel if they got served these? Other than this little hiccup, all was well.

Great place to go but it's usually busy at dinner time. If you get there after 7 you are usually fine but anytime before you have to wait. The staff is great and try and get you a table quickly. The other option is bar or rail if you choose. I had the "world's best" fish and chips. The fish was good but the fries were just ok. I would have liked real English style fries but overall it was yummy.
