What a wonderful Mother's Day brunch is served at the Phoenix. Started with friendly service and attentive waiters and waitresses for drinks, and the Brunch Bar of omelettes, seafood, salad, roast beef, and Turkey were all delightful. This hotel is a majestic Gem of the city and worthy of a visit anytime of year to enjoy Presidents Room dining. We had a lovely time with the whole family enjoying the live music as well as fantastic food. The Phoenix will definitely remain on our top 10 list for Cincinnati dining.

I came to the Phoenix for the Citybeat best of Cincinnati event. It is a gorgeous space with multiple floors and rooms. The grand staircases remind me of something out of Titanic. The atmosphere is very classic. There is a permanent bar on the first floor that has sort of a speakeasy feel. For this event, they did a great job! A little hard to imagine how it might be set up for something such as a wedding, but still very nice. Best parking option seemed to be next door in the parking garage.

I came to The Phoenix for two separate events. One was for The Best of Cincinnati and the other was for their 2nd Annual Breakfast with Santa event. The Phoenix is perfect for events as it is huge and spacious. It has tons of rooms and different floors that different events can be hosted on. The Best of Cincinnati was a good event. It was a foodie event filled with tons of samples and giveaways from the best food places in Cincinnati. It was a cool and nice way to see what companies are here as well as enjoy some old favorites. The Breakfast with Santa was super cute, small and fun! Apparently it's their second year and they had a better turn out. You have brunch with your kids/family sitting with others you may or may not know, and have a buffet style brunch. After each family gets to take a picture with Santa. The kids can color, decorate sugar cookies, and have a little group time with Santa. Group time consisted of questions from the kids as well as story time. It was perfect for my 2-year old and my husband as it was good family time. We all enjoyed ourselves. Our daughter was the youngest but she interacted well with the older kids. They were sweet to her and everyone had a good time. My only complaint about the brunch or suggestion rather would be to consider an omelette station and waffle station next year. Everything was served in a warmer and some items like eggs and waffles aren't good in a warmer. They get dried out. A person manning an egg and waffle station would have been perfect. The cost is $30 per adult and $18 per child. It is a little on the pricy side but it is fun. I would also say with the price a manned egg and waffle satiation is a must. The other good perk is they do let you take goodies home. There was tons of sweets leftover from the brunch station and they allowed the guest to take some of the goodies home in to-go boxes. Pretty cool! Overall, it was a fun family experience.

I cannot say enough good things about my wedding experience at The Phoenix. We had our ceremony and reception here and there is nothing I would have changed about the night or our planning process. We began planning with Chelsy and both she and Carolina worked with us up until the wedding. The staff is amazing and attentive. I did not have to do any thinking the day of my wedding which is exactly how it should be!The food was amazing and all of our guests raved about how delicious everything was. On top of everything else the venue is beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend choosing The Phoenix for your wedding.

Went here for a holiday party last weekend-- great place, good sized ballroom, decent dance floor. The bathrooms a kind of hilarious-- it feels like it was fancy back in the day, and kind of odd (but still nice) now. Bartenders did a great job, and the catering staff were professional, helpful, and not too pushy. There were beautiful staircases and Christmas trees which would look great in photos.In all, a nice, elegant event space.

Such a nice place for events, my school did their prom at the pheonix and to be honest it is so nice and big and it was pretty fancy.

Lilly was Awsome the night of my daughters wedding! She was constantly checking on us throughout the day. She planned and guided us through everything so professionally. She made the day perfect which Left no stress for the bride! The day was magical!! I cant say enough about how great she was On December 10th! The venue was magical with the decorations. The food was delicious. The salads were a little skimpy. Overall great place! Mary Freeman

Absolutely perfect experience from the planning through the execution of a wedding rehearsal dinner. Lily Klein was there every step of the way and made every adjustment I asked for. The night of the dinner she was there to start and handed the event off to Jenna and her team. Super attitude and effort from everyone behind the food and the bar. Kelly behind the bar obviously enjoys her job and you can see her smile despite being behind a mask. The venue is beautiful and the food was excellent. If you are looking for a place to host an event in Cincinnati The Phoenix should be at the top of your list.
