Great taco stands and delicious treats every time. Always a fun energetic full of dancing vibe. Security guards are on top of everything. And servers are very productive and active. Never a bad time

Came here for a special Piada pop up fall sampling event. Prior to that I hadnt even heard of this place, which is a shame, because it is a really cool Cincy spot! You can feel the history even before you walk inside. It is pretty neat to eat and share a few cocktails in old beer tunnels. There is a small bar, stage, and multiple rooms. They are nicey adorded with lights, tables, and even some art. Minus one star simply for lack of a dedicated parking lot, as this basically leaves you to parking right on Central Pkwy which is slightly unnerving due to the traffic.

It is definitely a hidden spot for Cincy so get there before everybody discovers it!! lolThe Mockbee always has unique music events going on, whether is rap or fashion show or house music. It really separates itself from the rest of 90s pop that EVERYBODY is playing throughout the ENTIRE city. I appreciate how unique this place is and how it creates a safe space for all sorts of people. Parking is a tad challenging. The echo in the tunnel can get a little much. I would recommend earpieces cuz it can get LOOOUUUDDD. Other than that I love the place.

We had our wedding this past weekend at The Mockbee and everything was great! From the very first time we met Jon he made sure to accommodate all of our needs. He always answered any questions we had. He worked with us in all of our needs! The service on our wedding night couldn't be better. The bartenders made everyone feel welcomed. The DJ played everything we requested and were super accommodating to everyone requests! We couldn't be happier with our venue choices. Every single person that worked that night and the night before made our wedding day a day to remember forever! Thank you!!!!!

Definitely interesting venue, just needs better parking setup. I love the theme and the Art work displayed during an event I attempted.

Great food! Swung thru here the other night after my rec league soccer game down on the east side with a few of the guys and had a blast. We stuck with our favorite craft brews of course but their bar selection was crazy. My friend works at Rhinegeist and my ex-girlfriend's brother works at Japps so I think I know a thing or two about bars and food! Anyway beer was so hoppy and great and cold beer. Loved the panko sweated garlic vegan onion rings as an app (a classic foodie favorite!) and for my main course I got the Skyline Pad Thai. Now, look, I know what you might be thinking. You might be thinking "Did he just say, Skyline Pad Thai?". Yes you read that correctly Skyline Pad Thai. Super crazy delicious! I was blown away. I had to put on sunglasses in that cave and take a nap afterward but I loved the vibe in there. Big serving, not too expensive and great service. I vouch for this place! Dougy got the Birthday Cake Cauliflower Cream Soup and a side of 16 Brucks sugarloaf twist bread. He loved it. OF course haha Doug loves soup and I do too and I tried to take a slurp while his back was turned but I wasn't quick enough! Maybe Next Time! He got his favorite canned Tafts Ale House double IPA redwine sour, pretty cheap here too if we're talking numbers. Soup was steaming hot and looked great.Jung got a few peanut butter crunch flapjacks and a big cup of Hot Coffee. This was Twin Peaks coffee I will tell you! I drank two big jars of it after my Cave Nap.Woke me right up! Jung loved his flaps and took a couple home. Big serving, again, great deal! I cannot stress that enough! Lots of syrup options too, similar to a House of Pancakes when I was just kind of thinking "Well maybe they Are Waffle House level on their Breakfast menu". I was wrong! Great Geotta bloodymary too! (Virgin and still great always have a DD please friends and foodies!)I didn't get to watch the music there at Mockbee that night I really had to go for a run after that coffee. Like I said, True Twin Peaks Coffee (I know there must be some Twin Peaks heads out here in Yelp Land!)I strongly reccomend The Mockbee and hope it takes off this is one of the best new up and coming resturaunts in Cincinnati and I have lived here for my entire life and never left the tri state area Just Kidding I studied in Paris! Mockbee's wine is better than Paris and I loved loved loved loved loved their food and apps and also their atmosphere and Rock n' Roll staff and Rock n' Roll aesthetic! I also use Tumblr for food reviews and I totally get it.5/5! Will come back soon! Wanna try the Cottage Cheese Curd Grindr! Holy Wow what a great idea??

In mid-October, we saw German experimentalist/ambient-pioneer/improvister Roedelius. Though we were early, doors were open and we hung out in the performance space, a cavernous room upstairs with a small, triangular stage in one corner, treehouse-like loft for visual projections, and makeshift bar. Drinks seemed cheap, though we weren't having anything. The rest of the space we saw were two rectangular, whitewashed-brick, arched-ceilinged rooms that seemed like natural gallery space. Someone working the door let us in the know about the history of the space (beer brewery/warehouse) and how the upper floors were mostly studio space.Sound was okay because the majority of the show was pretty quiet. I'd imagine a rock show here would be really reverb-y & unpleasant without earplugs (and I say this as someone who's played 300+ rock-n-roll shows). There were chairs set-up for people who wished to sit (which was nice for this particular show, I mean, Roedelius himself is in his 70s, and the crowd tended toward middle-age). The room was really cold; didn't seem like anything could be done about that. Parking, as mentioned, is street-only. The neighborhood, just north of downtown, is pretty post-industrial at this point; kinda creepy to some, I'd imagine. Felt like home in Indianapolis, to me.The atmosphere was pretty cool for a show of this type. I'd definitely come back in the future for another event; it all seemed pretty open to whatever the promoter/artist is interested in, an idea I can always support.
