The Hangry Hornet

We stopped for a quick bite after an errand down the street and found this small but wonderful place. Food was super fast and delicious! We ordered a couple small pizzas, a pasta bread bowl, and an order of cheesy bread. It was all great and the staff were very friendly.

This place doesn't have too many reviews , but if you get the chance or if you're in the area you need to try! The pizza is amazing, all 3 of my friends and I tried and all loved it! We're sad we live far away from it! The wings were also good as well! There's only 3 tables inside so it's more of a take out pizza place. They aren't too busy either so you can definitely tell you get more care in your orders & it's quite fast as well. We got 3 things and only waited around 8-10mins. The cashier working was very nice as well!

The place is a little independent place. It's small now but will be bigger in august. The service was great. They really seemed to care about everything they were presenting. They do a lot of pickup and door-dash service. Therefore the dishes are paper and styrofoam. When dining in the food came out in boxes. To me it was fine because it makes it faster to take the leftovers with you. The bread bowl was tasty and cheesy. The cheesy garlic bread was excellent. All the garlic butter to the crust, it's so good. The meat pizza is loaded to the edges with meat. Everything has that wonderful cheese pull that everyone loves. I think that the red pizza sauce is a very safe sauce that will appeal to most anyone, especially the kids. They serve pasta, wings, salad, sandwiches, calzones, and pizza. There's something for everyone.

Not a bad pizza. Quick turnaround and easy in and out. Not too much space to dine in but stilll a nice quaint stop

This place has the best thin crust pizza anywhere in the Cincinnati area. I usually get the supreme. Friendly employees. I like patronizing independent businesses such as this one, and there's a lot to like. I'll be returning often.

I wanted to love it because the people in there were so nice and maybe the had an off night but it was a bit not great. Pizza was lukewarm and cheese was too gooey for us. I heard the thin crust was really good so maybe that is where we messed up. My sister said try it again or get the wings next time.

We love local. We've had this pizza before. Last time we ordered the hand tossed. This time we opted for the thin crust. Personal preference, we liked the hand tossed better. Calzone was good, as always we love a calzone with a good filling to dough ratio. Pretzel are worth the trip. So good. I could have eaten them all on my own.

I used to love this place. Lots of cheese, plenty of toppings, nice crust. Unfortunately the last three times I've ordered it's just gone for bad to worse. This last DELUXE extra cheese pizza had very little cheese, not sure about the peppers or onions and was awful. I'm done ordering from this place that's lost it's way.

First time visit...Ordered pizza, cheesy bread, and Philly sandwich. All were good! Cheesy bread was fantastic! Apparently they were just starting a new register system and the woman taking our order wasn't very good with the new system. This wasn't the sit down restaurant we were hoping for. There's 2 tables in the front but it's Not a restaurant setting. Definitely a carry out pizza joint. BUT WORTH IT!! ordering knocked the 5 to a 4. Food is a 5!!
