The Farmer's Daughter

Great service. Great food. What a gem in the community. Definitely a must go. Will be back next time I'm visiting.

I am not from Ohio. BUT, when I am in the area, Farmer's Daughter is a MUST! I can't believe how much food and the quality of the food for the price!!! So delicious! It was packed this morning at 7:45am on a Saturday. But, it was worth it. And we didn't have to wait. We ordered: crepes, biscuits and gravy, French toast, skillets, and the Farmer's Daughter Breakfast. Everything was fresh and wonderful! Thank you Farmer's Daughter for a special eating experience. Also, Holly is a great waitress!

The food and service were both very good! A lot to choose from on the menu. Whenever we are in the area, we definitely dine here.

Homestyle country food and cooking. Service matches the local small-town charm. The server was friendly and helpful and knew the breakfast menu. The outside has enough parking, and the overflow could park on the road. We stepped inside and were promptly greeted and, after a few mins, taken to our table. This place was clean and seemed newly updated on the inside. We all ordered Hot Coffee - Which was your basic restaurant-style coffee. We ordered a Cinnamon Roll for the table as a Breakfast app, and it was SO BIG and Fresh that the icing was melting into it. OMG HEAVEN. Our breakfast arrived timely on over-packed plates. One will not go hungry at the Farmers Daughter for the day's most important meal.

I'm in Urbana, Ohio visiting family and we had 50 people come to this restaurant for lunch. The service was excellent! And for food was very good. So many options to choose from and the prices were great too. I plan on going back for breakfast before I leave. We tried the fried chicken, steakhouse burger, fried pickles and farmer daughter's salad.

We were in Urbana to watch our nephew play basketball. Did a quick Yelp search for brunch places and this was at the top of the list. Try it out. You won't be disappointed. It looks like a barn on the outside. It was busy, parking lot is alittle tight. The inside is big and open and decorated nicely with a chick farmhouse vibe. The service was great. Got seated pretty quickly. The food came out super fast. My husband got the breakfast skillet. Very good. The gravy was nice. I'll have to get the biscuits and gravy sometime. I went for lunch because I was super intrigued by the Mac n cheese bowls. I opted for the meatloaf bowl because pepper had said on the Yelp page that the meatloaf was good. I was not disappointed. The meatloaf was delicious. The Mac n cheese was very homemade and very creamy. The onion straws were a nice touch. The signature was good, I just feel like there was alittle more of it than I wound have preferred. Overall it was delicious and I would totally get it again. I want to try several others too. We will be back. We wanted to try a cinnamon roll, but they were out. They must be good. We opted for the texas sheet cake. It was really good. I hate cake icing, but that chocolate icing they made was delicious. Super moist and super good. Coffee was good and hot.

I had the Texas tenderloin. The sandwich was very delicious. The server was friendly. Service was very fast. Would definitely eat there again

Great food at good prices! Make sure you're hungry or be ready to have leftovers. Visit the downtown before or after for great local shopping.

Absolutely love the farmers daughter. Never fails to give me a great experience and great tasting food everytime! I am never disappointed. So many different things to choose from!
