This is one of my go to bars whenever I just go to drink. It's got some darts, pinball, hoops, jukebox, pool, golf and candy machines. The only food that they serve there are just frozen pizzas in a freezer near the outside entrance. Nothing really special, but still a chill place to drink.

The Edgewood tavern is definitely a local bar. They have two pool tables in the back, darts, and an outside section for smoking (which is heated). You cannot smoke inside of the bar. There's lots of space for dancing or whatever else you feel. There's nothing super special about this bar. They do have a few arcade games and the actual darts are pretty cool. They don't have much on top but they do have a lot in bottles and cans. They have a full bar for mixed drinks and they mix them strong. Overall this is not a typical place I would choose to hang out as a 20 something-year-old but it's fun with friends.

I've given this bar way too many chances. The bartenders always seems to be looking to start trouble with customers. Still smells like smoke even though they got rid of smoking years ago. Honestly, super overpriced. The service at the pizza place next door is just aweful as well. Lots of places to grab a beer nearby. Go somewhere else!!

Is there a way to give this place a zero star rating? I would if I could. It is full of over testosteroned high school heroes who can't let go of the past and feel that they still have something to prove. I feel all but two times I have gone here has a fight not broken out. I was the center of one had was started by the bounced. The staff is rude and lazy. A bartender once saw me at the bar and ignored me to text on her phone for five minutes! When I did not tip her what she felt she deserved I was promptly THROWN out of the bar while my friend was punched by the bouncer. The place is terrible just terrible and only go if you have no other choices, at that point just stay home.

My friend and I have been going to The Edgewood Tavern for years. They take great care of their customers. The last time I was there I sat at the bar and the bartender accidently broke a glass and a piece of glass landed inside the ice bin. Instead of carefully retrieving the broken glass the barback completely emptied the ice bin to make sure that there were no missed pieces of glass. Witnessing that action made me convinced that I will never ingest something other than delicious alcohol products. The bartenders are always friendly and the popcorn is always free. They do not serve any food except during football season they often hold a pot luck event during the games. If you are hungry this is not the place for you unless you go next door and get a pizza and bring it back to the bar. If you want a good cold drink and relax and talk with a friend this is a great place to visit.

My boyfriend and I go to the tavern often. We used to be regulars but with 5 children, it is hard to get a night out anymore. The staff and bartenders are always fast and friendly. I love the jukebox, pools tables, and darts. I also love the TVs playing different games all around the bar. The atmosphere is friendly and the regulars are very nice. We always enjoy coming there when we have a chance to get out of the house!

I haven't been to the Tavern in a while. However I just recently met a friend there for an afternoon drink and it was still the same place. It wasn't as packed as it is at night but it was still the same friendly atmosphere, very clean and quick service. They still remembered me and treated me like a regular. One downside is the beer prices have gone up slightly.
