The Confetti Room

We hosted our baby shower at the confetti room and it was such a hit! We booked our event pretty far in advance and were able to tour the space and ask questions. The staff were responsive via email and phone when we had questions and the on call staff day of was helpful with cleanup instructions and placement of items. We just rented the space which comes with tablecloths for the seating tables and food tables but they have add ons such as decor and silverware you can pay extra for. I loved the flow of the space, we were able to have the food in a separate room from the guest seating and a nice entry space for pictures and gifts. We comfortably fit 40 people. I wouldn't try to squeeze more than 50 in there depending on your set up. They also have beautiful chandeliers throughout the place and we loved that we could bring in our own food and drinks and decor. There were some slight issues with connecting to Bluetooth I think it gets tricky if you have an Apple Watch but we were eventually able to figure it out. They also have a tv with hdmi hook up (you have to bring your own cord) where we were able to display a slideshow. I would highly recommend for baby shower, bridal shower, proposal venue, etc. it's a pretty white blank slate so the decor options are endless. They also provided an easel and coat rack and a few bar top tables that came in handy for gifts.

I had the pleasure of stopping in last night for a pop-up shop in this gorgeous space. I wish I would have thought to take more photos, I don't think the one I took does the space justice. While I was here for a pop-up shop, I'd love to see this space used for more of an event-style function. The furniture was modern, aesthetically pleasing, and had lots of welcoming vibes.I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner/operator of the space. She was SO nice and seemed excited to use the space to engage the community. The space seemed super versatile and I cannot wait to see what other creative events come to this gorgeous space. From a cocktail party to a small reception, this place would be a great fit!

I can't say enough great things about The Confetti Room and their staff. This place is amazing. Great location, on-site parking, elegant venue, wonderful staff. I have had the pleasure of hosting my sons 16th bday party there 2 years ago. And I was very pleased with the decor and setup process. I have used Simone (the owner) for other decor projects. But I would rent The Confetti Room over and over again

This place is so clean & nice; you can tell it's a all white event space but you can transform any event here into what your your heart desire. I attended this event space for Her Tribe Brunch a celebration for International Women's Day. It was my 1st time in the space & I was amazed.

WOW the Confetti Room is an outstanding venue with tremendous ambiance. We had a Marriage Ministry event there with 18 couples and it was a Blast. Everybody raved about the character of the space. The Staff was great and easy to work with.

There is so much I would love to say about the Confetti room, but I will try to keep it brief. From the beginning the Confetti Room ownership and staff, walked me through my 1001 questions, and gave me a tour of the space to be used. For someone like me, I am all about vision, and all about the aesthetic, and even when I thought something would be best, they were right there to give me advice on how to best layout the event. I used this space for a surprise proposal and engagement party in January of 2022, and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. From setup, to the items they allowed me to use to make my day special, to the communication, to the gentlemen who stayed onsite to ensure my event was a success, the Confetti Room is a BEAUTIFUL space located in Downtown Cincinnati, and the the owners and staff members are SKILLED and FRIENDLY PROFESSIONALS. I have nothing but the best things to say about these ladies, and I look forward to hosting future events here. I would give it 10 stars if I could !

‼‼‼PLEASE READ ‼‼‼The photos will speak for themselves. DO NOT BOOK. Over 6 months of planning 15+ calls we received 3 calls back. The owner even missed the final preparation call just days before the event. Her staff was a no call no show to set up and service. We spoke to the owner via phone and email and were shocked when she shifted almost all the blame to us, the clients. Ontop of that she began gaslighting us on her BUSINESSES SOCIAL MEDIA. We didn't want to leave a bad review until speaking with the owner. But after the sheer disrespect and incompetence she showed they more than deserve this.

Stress free intimate venue! Great for bridal showers and baby showers ! We gave them the theme and they provided all of the decor for our mom-to-be.

I booked a 4-hour rental for a dinner reception party. There were certain things in the contract, such as floating candle centerpieces, linen napkins, the bar, and a venue assistant for 4 hours, that was not provided. The owner did not even inform me that there would be no venue assistant during the event!!! I only found out when I showed up!!! At first this venue assistant "had a family emergency," and then afterwards the owner says this person tested positive for Covid. She found 2 "staff" to do the decorating of things I had dropped off an hour before the event start time (tablecloths, things to put on the tables, and an already-filled balloon arch). Simple. Nothing extravagant. The 2 "staff" sent to decorate failed to complete their job. They were late arriving. My sisters arrived 30-minutes early (as previously agreed upon) to help the venue assistant decorate. Good thing they got there early! They did almost ALL the decorating...along with the caterer (whose job it should NEVER be to perform job duties the venue was getting paid for). The terrible thing is that the owner lied and said my guests arrived at 5, an hour before start time. She said they were in the way and so her staff could not decorate. She tried saying the person dropping off decorations was late too, until we made her check the security footage which proved that was a lie. She was grasping at anything to put blame on us rather than accept that she failed in her planning. We tried reaching a resolution afterwards, and she offered a very minimal refund. Overall, the owner was very disrespectful, lied, blame shifted, failed to follow contract, and was downright unprofessional. I should have known better than to go through with the event after she was SO unresponsive during the whole planning stages! Missed our scheduled Welcome Call and never acknowledged it. Their voicemail box was always full and I was never able to leave a message. Took forever to respond to my emails (if they even did!). I would never recommend this business.

Terrible experience. I recently attended a wedding at The Confetti room and was appalled by how unprofessional and disrespectful this owner is. Day of event the venue coordinator the bride paid extra for did not show. We all understand we are living during a pandemic, however, there was no warning or call from coordinator or venue to tell them. The bride just showed up to a venue with no coordinator, no staff, and nothing decorated as guests arrived. The stress caused her to have a panic attack while her family and third party caterers (the real MVPs!) ended up scrambling to decorate the venue and bartend (venue's job). After all of this she contacted the owner to let them know what happened and was treated with immediate hostility. The owner first lied to my friend (bride), then blamed her, and finally accused the her of attacking the owner. I thought the initial lack of organization was bad enough to warrant a review but the way this owner treated my sweet friend was appalling, wildly unprofessional and downright rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save your money and go someplace else!
