My first stop after getting off the plane flying home to my hometown neighborhood. Great atmosphere! Friendly service, ease of ordering, delicious coffee, and a very yummy breakfast!Highly recommended when I come back to "Home" I definitely will be getting breakfast. I also noticed our liquor/a bar on the opposite side. Maybe might be a good place to visit in the evenings.

Obviously here for the coffee but, I must say, the friendliness of the one employee that I was dealing with was everything (everything else was bonus!). It was kind of like, "you had me at hello". It was far more though than a simple greeting or polite pleasantries, she was genuinely interested in our story (as travelers). Aside from the lovely employees, the place itself is quite nice and has everything you need in one large space: plenty of seating, food options- including some grab & go, clear menu, lots of options and specials, a little book sale area, some board games, and teeny "Cincinnati themed gift shop"... I got a great coaster. I think I remember seeing a community bulletin board too. Finally, our espresso and latte were very good. Btw, the same employee was equally friendly to everyone, seeming to know all the locals.

I love the plants and vibes of this shop. The space is rather big with lots of tables and gathering areas. The breakfast panini was hot and fresh. The coffee was made very quickly as well. Everyone was so sweet, nice, and helpful! I love how they support other small business as they partner and offer various classes! They also have books and shirts.

Coffee Exchange is one of my Saturday morning go-tos. It's a place that is welcoming for the family (pets included). I love the seasonal drink menus because it helps me to try new drinks more often. And they keep some of the faves on the menu for kiddos to enjoy as well (Mango smoothies are our family faves). You can sit at a table or a comfy chair and enjoy your drink, read a book, or play games. Either way, you'll get good service, a smile, and your order with little to no wait time.

The Coffee Exchange is somewhere I go on occasion - mostly if I'm meeting someone and don't need wifi much. Their wifi never connects to phones or computers for me, even with the correct password and resetting my computer. If you need consistently dependable wifi to work, this is not the place to go.It's also near a school, so if you are working during after school hours, be prepared for a loud setting when school kids come.That being said, the employees are very friendly! They have board games you can play with friends. They have a variety of snack options for vegans and regulars alike. The coffee and drinks are very average - nothing spectacular but good enough to get your coffee fix. The blueberry rooibos tea is a delicious non coffee option.

I was visiting Cinci and had to get some work done for grad school, so my friend and I spent a few hours here. It wasn't crowded at all since it was a holiday weekend. The whole place was spacious and clean, and there was plenty of seating available.From what I remember I think I grabbed a hot latte (and then grabbed another to power through my work), and I also had their coffee cake which was delicious. The staff was super friendly and it was great to people watch too. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely stop in here.

Cute little coffee shop! We had quick and friendly service. They also have cheap food options. The marshmallow slush was tasty, and the iced America had great flavor. The food was pretty good for the price. There is plenty of seating inside and outside.

Just a decent coffee shop, my experiences have been mundane and nothing to really talk about. Service has been okay and coffee not bad. They do have food items from pastries, snacks and breakfast options. Lots of seating space, has some tables near the windows and few outside in front. Would not call it cozy but looks to be a nice place to meet friends or coworkers. Plenty of parking space stretching to the back of the building.

This is the ideal neighborhood coffee shop. It has everything you could want: coffee/tea variety, fresh baked goods (and at a GREAT price), plenty of indoor/outdoor seating, and of courseots of outlets (with USB connections too) for anyone trying to get work done. Not a morning person? No worries. They're open until 10pm on weeknights. And yes, they have a bar.I highly recommend trying one of their bright fresh smoothies and grabbing a pastry. I got a coffee cake, and it was a massive slice for just $1.

Service here was rude and apparently they don't take cash. Coffee was not made correctly but at least it was hot. Very inconvenient and very rude mannerism by the cashier working lunch today.
