The Clubhouse Muncie

Wanted to pop in here and give The Clubhouse a review. I originally arranged for a group of 16 FCCLA State Officers and Advisers to come on a Wednesday during their normal business hours. No problem, we would rent a large room in the back and be able to play all the games we wanted.Due to a problem on our end, I had to call and cancel. 24 hours later, I called back to see if they would open up for us on Tuesday night when they are not normally open. Bless them, they did. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The group, who came from all over the state for our Leadership Conference, were impressed with both the food and the facilities. We have a couple of gluten-free folks and they were pleased with the options and the quality of the food offered. We are considering bringing a larger group next year as a part of an incentive program for our members. Thank you Kyle and staff!

A fun, new place in the Muncie #DWNTWN zone, the @ClubhouseMuncie is family-friendly, and a great place to host events for large groups. The restaurant side has a solid menu consisting of classic American fare, and a decent selection of local beers through partnerships with area breweries. The chicken sandwich with chipotle citrus BBQ sauce was the entrée of choice for me tonight and it did not disappoint. I'll definitely be back here. Our server was Chip; he was efficient, very friendly, and full of information about the new place! Great guy!Oh, and the milkshakes looked delicious, but I was too full to try one. I guess that leaves something to look forward to next time!PS - Whomever came up with the long golf tees as the sandwich skewer is awesome. Nice touch!

I had the Ruben with a side of potato salad. I give the Ruben two stars and zero stars for the potato salad. I felt nauseated when I was done eating. Try this place if you want, but you have been forewarned.

We had our company Christmas party there last year, and let's just say I was NOT impressed with the food. I realize for a big party like that, the food is probably going to be as good as getting an individual order but still, this was sub standard. Now the games and atmosphere are pretty cool and that's the only reason I'm giving it a 3 star......if I could give it a 2.5 I would.Note: We are having our company Christmas party there again this year, let's see if they have improved......another review to come end of Jan.

I sat at the bar and ordered a drink and a sandwich, the bartender was very hospitable and made me a great strawberry margarita. but when my food came some waitress sat next to me and asked for half my sandwich. It made me a little uncomfortable so I said yes, also I think she was drunk. overall a good experience.

We had heard good reports on the food and thought we would try The Clubhouse. The server was pleasant but clearly had not been properly trained. Two of us ordered the spinach and artichoke dish. It had no artichokes or tomatoes as promised but far too much cheese. We were the only people eating but another couple eventually arrived and as we were leaving two more came. Not a good experience. Looks like it could be a fun place but good and service need to improve.

We just finished lunch here. Four tables with two each and one single table serviced by two waitresses, a cashier, and a man helping serve food. Not busy but service was extremely slow! We waited a long time for our food. I asked the waitress for a second napkin and ended up having to go get one myself from the service area. She didn't apologize for not bringing it. Meat on the burger was high quality but for $15, I expected more than a small ice cream scoop of fries. It was the second time my friend had been here and she said the service was poor the first time as well. I really can't recommend this place.

The food was not great. The whole place smelled like burnt toast and the bbq sandwich one person in our party ordered was indeed burnt. Husband had the Rueben and it was not corned beef. He said the potato salad was gross. I had the chicken quesadilla. It was OK. Waitress was fun. The mini golf was inexpensive and fun. Some of the holes were hard! 5 stars for the golf and would recommend that but not the food for $28. Maybe I'm just more discriminating since prices have gotten so high but make it worth spending that much.

Had lunch at Clubhouse yesterday, a group of 4. This was the worst service I have ever had. Waited for drinks, took over 45 minutes to get our food (we were the only people eating there at 12:30). Waited to get our check, very snotty waitress. One person's sandwich was cold. We will never go there again. It was the only time in my life I have never left a tip. Dont waste your time or money.
