First time here. The bartender was very friendly and the beer was cheap. The space was quiet nice inside, clean and spacious. No food options but they have some bar snacks. Nice neighborhood bar. I'll definitely be back.

I've been going to this bar between 11 to 13 years. Never had any issues and never caused any issues before incident. Always believed in treating others as you would have them treat you. I Parked my car today in a legal spot across the street from the patch and was not blocking any driveways. Apparently a neighbor of Cyan didn't like the fact I parked my car in front of her house and called into the bar to complain with nothing better to do saying she couldn't back out. Upon coming out to inspect my parking job it was in no way blocking any portion of her drive way. After calling her out for the crazy complaint she threatened to call the cops saying I was parking on her property which of course it isn't, the city owns the street. After I obliged her request to move my vehicle to a different spot I go back into bramble and this Karen calls in to complain to Cyan. After I mention I really shouldn't have moved my car to Cyan she states it's a neighbor of hers and if she says something needs to be moved just listen and don't talk do it. I said I don't care if it's your neighbor. If someone is acting like an asshole and acting disrespectful I'm not one today down and take that kind of behavior. I've always liked Cyan and have always treated her and the staff with respect and tipped well. I can't understand how she could take this side and ban me.

Would like to enjoy this place with local friends but a certain bartender plays favorites often... Never had a problem with any other bartender but Besty... I don't go here offten because of her... owners should take note... she's running off business per a personal vendetta... Straight up told me to go drink at the other bar because I wasn't welcome. Never had that problem with the other bartender's but her... over a dozen people have come from the patch stating the same or similar circumstances, you would think this would raise an eyebrow, but nope the owners either refuse to acknowledge, or turn their heads.... been going on for years...**update its been 8 months, I tried to "burry the hatchet" she wouldn't even sell me a lotto ticket... judgmental and holds grudges. If you don't like that I put a review like this maybe you should stop acting in this manner... you know there is a problem when grown women come into the "other" bar in tears...

Solid dive bar. Friendly staff and great prices. Fair warning: there is an awful high pitched ringing noise that (so I've been told by staff) the owner refuses to fix. Apparently they need a new amp for the speakers.

Loved this bar the moment I saw it from the street. Actually from the moment I heard what it was called. The place looks pretty sketch from the outside. The only windows are glass block and the two square ones that are on the security doors, making this place look very strip club or speakeasy-esque.Upon entering you will find one of the better dive bars in town. It smells like my parents' basement even with the ceiling fans on full blast. It is nice and cool in here. The crowd is friendly and easygoing. No one is going to stare you down for not being one of "them". Drinks are cheap. Hudy Amber on draft was a nice selection. There are TVs for watching sports. The bar is generally loud, but you can still hold a conversation with the people next to you. This is a very comfortable hangout that the more pretentious have yet to stumble across, and it's got a great name!

I know from the outside The Bramble Patch looks like a place where you'd encounter a biker gang and a lot of dirty looks for walking in and not being a regular but from the inside you'd discover it's one of, if not the, nicest dive bars in the area. It's extremely clean, the bartenders are extremely friendly, the drinks are strong, and the regulars seemed happy to see new people in the bar. Our bartender Allie was probably one of the best we've ever had and we were very impressed over how she was able to remember orders of the friends we mentioned who told us to check it out! I wish they sold cooked food but the grippos and bagged dill pickles made up for it. With great drinks and a happy hour that extends until 9:00, we'll be back soon!

Several words always jump to mind when I think about The Patch:ONE- CLEAN... This place is clean. Meticulously clean. No sticky bits on the floor or the bar. The bathrooms are the cleanest I've ever seen in a little neighborhood bar. The bar always smells clean. I spent a long time working bars and I'd be proud to be on the staff here.TWO- FRIENDLY... The staff and the regulars are always welcoming. I am not a regular here but I do hit it a couple times a year and I've never had that "locals only" feel you get some places. The bartenders give great service to everyone, not just the people that are there four or five times a week. This should be a destination bar. Even if it's not close or convenient, hit this place up some night to watch a game or play pool. It has an old timey feel and is immediately comfortable. If you are within a couple miles you MUST put this place into your regular rotation!

If it has coconut tequila I'm a fan! This bar is local and priced fairly! I enjoy the pool table and my drink. The juke box they have has come a long way as far as variety goes. I miss the Jell-O shots they used to have, but I won't complain since the have my select choice tequila. If you're ever in the area and want a lil drink or to shoot some pool this would be a great spot to visit! It's not over crowded and you can enjoy yourself without tons of men hounding you for your attention... And that's enough to keep me coming back!

Perfect as a peach! My new, low-cost unassuming dive bar lies here. Admittedly, I originally thought the Bramble Patch might be closed by its exterior. Tsk, tsp: It's a wonderland inside. Consider the possibilities of $3 Yuenglings, dim lighting, and an old-timey jukebox. These three factors indubitably amount to a fun, timeless night. Walkable from almost anywhere in Mariemont, I'll venture to the Bramble Patch for a getaway from the everyday. It helps that there are no windows--time surely passes by if you don't know if the sun is up or down :) The clientele doesn't give two...er...ducks who blesses their presence in the Bramble Patch. Consider this the "one size fits all" bar. No judgment, no sneers, no woo girls. Come and get your stiff drink. Enjoy the game. Indulge in banter. No food or anything here, so bring in your grub or eat beforehand. See you soon, Bramble Patch!
