What a pleasant casual comfortable restaurant!! Yes, parking there was a challenge, as it's a heavily populated shopping strip -- there are spots in front of both sides of the restaurant but they were all filled. However, I could drive forward, get turned around via the turnaround and park in a larger parking lot on the left-hand side (where the smoothie place is located). I could still see the restaurant, and it was an easy walk. The impression of the restaurant when I walked in was that of casual comfort. It seemed small, but there is an extra elongated room in front that can accommodate larger groups. The staff there was pleasant and answered all of my questions with cheerful patience. The food was very good. I got the red curry with shrimp and the ginger stir-fry. They were both tasty, with just the right amount of spice. I'll come back again for the good food, but I'll enjoy it more because of the atmosphere!

First time eating here and to my surprise my dining (in) experience was pleasurable. Fast service. Lots of take out orders being picked up. Chicken pad Thai, spring rolls, and fried rice was tasty, hot and pretty delicious! They offer sushi but I didn't try so you'll have to come find out for yourself if it's good. Restaurant kinda old school with plastic plaid table cloths, old wood tables and chairs. Very small restaurant. Definitely a must try if in West Chester.

A little skeptical when we walked in but will be walking out big fans. My husband had the red curry and I had the jungle pork. The curry had all the Thai flavors and nuances that make Thai curry what it is. The jungle pork was a little sweet but over-all flavorful and delicious. Next time I'm going to try the ginger stir fry.

Had extreme difficulty trying to order over the phone so I had to come in person and order. Staff was friendly, service was very fast, and the Pad Thai was good. Not the best I've had but DEFINITELY nowhere near the worst. Good serving size. Would go back.

This place is awesome! I ordered take out through Uber Eats. Portion sizes are great for the price. The flavor of the food is absolutely incredible! I ordered a chicken pad Thai with an extra side of tofu, Tom kha soup with chicken as the hotpot size, and crab Rangoons. The pad Thai had a great amount of both chicken and tofu. Portion size was incredible! The styrofoam box was stuffed to the brims. I ordered a spice level 3 but I probably will go for the next level up next time (I love spicier food).I love that this place offers a larger size for their soups! I feel like most Thai restaurants only offer the one standard size of soup and sometimes it's just not enough. The hotpot size was a larger Tupperware and again with a good portion of chicken. The crab Rangoon were so flavorful and the sauce that comes with them was very yummy. I was actually impressed by how the restaurant packed them - they cut holes into the corners of the styrofoam. At first I found this to be strange but I quickly understood the purpose of this as for the first time ever with take out, my crab Rangoons were still nice and crispy, as if I was eating them in the restaurant.I will definitely be going back here again and can't wait to try more items there.

Had carryout from Thai Koon Kitchen recently. The food was good and it was reasonably priced. We did select spice #2 on a scale of 0-5 which worked for me but was a little spicy for my 12 and 16 year old daughters. We had Chicken Fried Rice, Pad Thai, Sesame Chicken and Drunken Noodles. The portion sizes were generous. I would pick up carryout from here again.

We have tried most of the Thai places within 10 miles of our home and Thai Koon has turned out to be our favorite. The serving sizes of the main dishes are very generous for the price point. We order #2 spicy and it's just a light spice that we enjoy. The dishes are well-balanced and the ingredients are fresh and cooked perfectly. They are very accommodating when you would like to switch or add vegetables to the dish. We have tried about 1/3 of the menu and have been happy so far. I did write a note on my to-go menu that their beef is chewy, so probably stay with pork or chicken (unless it was a one-time thing). We have never dined in; this is a review for carry-out only.

Food is good. Have eaten in and take out plenty of times. I don't understand why they're so stingy with soy sauce? I always have to ask for more than 1 packet for a full order fried rice. This time, I asked for extra and was given 1 packet. I asked for more and was given 2 packets, but then she took the previous packet away, leaving me with 2 instead of 3. It's like a breakfast place not wanting to give out too much syrup
