Food truck experience was fast, great portions and friendly faces. Requested extra hot sauce and did not disappoint! Full bowl for reasonable price.

Sorry be post a negative but it's just not that good. The people are nice but I would want to know before I spend my money if possible. Just my opinion.

Texas Joe's visited our neighborhood last night and everything was great! I had a bowl with picadillo and my husband had the brisket quesadilla. This is a must try truck if you see them out and about. They were also super friendly and responsive throughout the booking process, which I really appreciated!

I visited Texas Joe's when their food truck was catering an event I was attending. The woman working the widow was upbeat. Even in repeating the same information and menu over and over again, her voice remained positive. She answered people's questions thoroughly. Menu choices were either tacos or a bowl. Choice of beef, chicken or veggies. Food was up quickly. They may be known for their brisket, but let's stop for a minute and talk about their chicken. Chicken was tender, flavorful and plentiful. One could see the seasoning all over the chicken. It was my absolute favorite part of the tacos. Cabbage was crisp and fresh. If you tell them you like is spicy, they will include a little container of spicy salsa. There was a lingering smokey heat from the salsa. I was not as wowed by the brisket as I was the chicken. When I was asked if I wanted rice, I replied no. The dish came with rice anyway.

We kicked off Spring Break by having a food truck day at school AND it was amazing! The brisket is absolutely the best in the tri-state, HANDS DOWN! If you see their truck out and about I would definitely stop by and give it a try. I also loved that they offers shrimp and ahi tuna for lent options. Woohoo!

My husband and I decided to try this food truck because it was the only truck at the event with a vegetarian option. I applaud them for having a vegan/vegetarian option, but it could use some improvement. Basically, it was a bowl of cabbage with a few veggies and some rice on top. A $14 bowl of cabbage, which is the same price as the bowl with meat. It was about 90% cabbage. It had a small drizzle of some sort of guacamole dressing, it was rather dry and needed more dressing. It had about six black beans on top. A vegetarian needs at least half a cup of beans to get some decent protein. Also, the other veggies were sparse, only a few pieces of squash, zucchini and peppers. The saffron rice is not vegan because it is cooked with chicken broth (it would taste just as good with veggie broth btw). The food tastes good, but could definitely use some improvement on the vegetarian/vegan options.

They were outside O'Bryan's in Loveland yesterday, tried the brisket taco, it was excellent! The lady was very friendly, the mood was great, the truck colorful and did I mention the taco excellent?! Chilango next door is ok but is more a sit-down. Nice to see food options that are not​ chains. The closest authentic Mexican is towards Fairfield, Mason's scene is too.. Ohio-fied for my taste.Come back often please!

This is one of my favorite local food trucks. The owners are so nice and genuinely excited to provide amazing food. The 12hour brisket is worth it. The servings are perfect and I've never had to wait too long.

We had the 3 amigos. They were the bomb dot com. Omgsh. So good!!!!!!! So much flavor and taste. Best Tex mex ever.

If there were 10 stars we would give Chef Joe & Niko 12+!! Their food is delicious and only surpassed by their incredible hospitality and service. Our family of 7 loves all of their options, and we even have a vegetarian among us. Can't even pick a favorite!! Whenever we are at an event w/foodtrucks we make them our first stop. We have also booked them for family graduation parties and fundraising events and guests continue to rave about how good their food is!! Niko has a smile that lights up any event and she works her tail off too ~ they both do! They also do a lot of good for their community and that means a lot to us. You won't regret having them at your event!
