We really had a good time! We purchased some gift cards at Costco that gave us quite the deal here at Texas de Brazil. We made reservations for 5:30 but even coming in then it wasn't very busy on a Friday evening. Although they got much busier as the evening went on. Service was impeccable! Super friendly staff to explain everything to us and make sure we were taking care of. Seriously they were always on top of it! Food was also pretty good. I wouldn't say it was all the best but it was still really darn good. We really enjoyed it. I also very much enjoyed the desserts! I'll be honest the ambiance was very fancy and warm. Overall this place was just great! The salad bar had great choices and there was always people coming around with meats. The filet mignon and flame steak were amazing! You can also request certain things to be cooked for you. Definitely going to return!

Went to restaurant for a birthday dinner (10 total people) on 12.7. 1. Started off poorly when server dropped a tray of 10 drinks (waters, iced teas, lemonades, Cokes) on 1 guest (A) and on another guest's coat and inside their purse (B). 1 manager came over to offer moving wet items and clean up broken glass. Did apologize and mention dry cleaning help, but no mention of other compensation to either guest for a terrible start to dinner. 2. Dinner started, but meat table service was extremely slow and unavailable for ~15 minutes until we had to mention to manager we had been waiting a while for meat to be served.3. Guest B had a side of sautéed mushrooms. Took a bite and discovered a 1/4 inch pebble in her food after chewing and having pain. Called over manager. Manager told Guest B that sometimes happens since mushrooms come from the ground. Didn't give confidence in how they wash their food.4. Heard 2 other instances of staff dropping glassware in dining area during dinner service.5. At end of night, server came to find out check paying arrangement. Guest A was still damp from earlier. Guest B was still upset from damp coat, ruined purse and items, and mushroom pebble. No mention to Guest A or Guest B of "We're sorry for the experience. Here's a discount or we're compensating your meal." Still expected them to pay full price. When checks came out, both Guest A and Guest B had full checks - dinner, dessert, and incorrect listed drinks. Guest B asks server to see a manager. A second different manager comes over and he is completely unaware of dinner experience. Server and other manager didn't communicate or give him any information before arriving. In conversation with birthday dinner host and Guest B, he came across confused and reluctant at first to assist as he didn't know about their experience or couldn't understand why there was an issue.Once Guest A, Guest B, and the birthday host explained what happened, they finally agreed to comp their dinners (still pay for dessert) and to get their information to pay for dry cleaning. 3rd manager came over with forms for dry cleaning, but didn't know what process would take place for reimbursement or payment.We made the best of dinner, but staff leadership interaction was not positive, kind, and felt reluctant to be understanding. Guest A and Guest B were finally compensated for their experience, but it shouldn't have taken multiple efforts to be heard and understood.Food - adequate for the price pointService - lack of communication amongst staff and management, little to no accountability, slow Saturday night service, but meat servers were kind and friendlyAmbiance - appeared overwhelmed for a busy Saturday night2/10 - would not recommend

I was so excited when I saw that this was coming. We eagerly awaited the opening of the restaurant so that we could celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. There used to be two other Brazilian steakhouses in the Cincinnati area, but this one is far and away the best I have ever encountered (and this includes ones I have visited in other areas of the country). My son had been to the location in Louisville and highly recommended this establishment. He was right. If anything, he undersold it. The food was outstanding. I'm not a big meat eater and truth be told, I would have been happy with just the salad and hot bars. I don't know if the items on the hot bar rotate, but if they don't, I highly recommend the shrimp in coconut milk. There was a large variety of food that was brought to the table. It would have been nice to be told by the server what meat options would be coming because there were close to ten of them and by the time my favorite (and unexpected) came, I was so full that I couldn't enjoy it as much as I would have if it had come around first. They did come around and ask if there was anything in particular that we wanted, but I just didn't know what they had. My favorites were the beef rib and the grilled shrimp. The beef was incredibly tender as was the shrimp, which can often become dry when grilling.The seating area was very nice although the front door opened straight into the dining room which made for an odd setup. Our table was sat over some sort of metal plate that ran the length of the table for eight. This was only problematic for being able to pull the chair to the table if sat on that side of the table. Centering the table over that plate would have helped avoid that although it would make it difficult for the people to come around with the meat.We are looking forward to our next visit. Since we joined their club, we will save $20 on our next visit and they give rewards for birthdays and anniversaries as well if you join the club. You won't be disappointed if you choose to dine here. Just give yourself time to enjoy everything and pace yourself or you will fill up quickly and miss out like I almost did.

If I could give a 4.5 star rating, I would. My son took me here for my birthday and it was a superb meal. The interior was beautiful - especially the floral arrangements! We used to go to the Brazilian restaurant downtown which is no longer, so finding this place was a surprise to me. Their salad bar had a bounty of wonderful delights. They also had a soup bar where we both got Lobster Bisque. Their small rolls were delicious and I was surprised that they brought out french fries to start us out with. I love french fries, yet try not to indulge too often so this was a plus. As usual, there was an abundance of meat- almost any variety you could think of. You could never go away hungry. It was such a pleasant evening celebrated my birthday with my son.

The night started off pretty well, we were seated fairly quick and on time for our reservations; however there was no waiting area inside so everyone was crowded everywhere waiting to be seated (ourselves and 4 other tables). The best part was our server was great, offered suggestions, was available but not over bearing, and the servers handling the meats were quick and friendly. The food itself though was meh. Not bad, but not really that great either. Also when asking for dessert, they bring out a tray that visually show you all of the items.... we purchased the cheesecake which was SIGNIFICANTLY smaller that represented. Overall, service and ambiance were the positives but the food itself will not meet expectations and is probably the worst of the Brazilian Steakhouses that I have been to.

I really have no idea how there are so many poor reviews- we went last night (a busy Friday night) and it was amazing! We have been to the one in Lexington but this one was so much better service wise! We got 3 different meats delivered almost immediately, constant meat and our waitress constantly kept our drinks filled and people checked on us often. The one in Lex it seems to take a while to get meat to come around. This one also had a couple new meat options we hadn't seen before like ribs and bacon wrapped jalepenos. The only thing I didnt love was the setup of the waiting area right in the middle of where the salad bar is. Other than that- amazing!!!

The nostalgia factor just wasn't enough. We were excited to come here. $200 for 2 people later, meh. The meats were ok, nothing special. Most were overcooked and kind of dry. The salad bar was way pared down from what I remember. The mushrooms and the curry shrimp were amazing, but that was about it. The dessert cocktail was fine, not really worth the cost though.Our server was in from another store for the opening and she was fantastic. Overall, wouldn't go back. There are far, far better places to spend that kind of money in Cincinnati.

I'm pretty surprised by the negative reviews. We went last Sunday at 4:30. We were at promptly with a party of 5 2 adults and 3 kids. Service was great! They brought out the meats at a steady rate and we never had to ask for more. The salad bar was delicious and fresh. I have had horrible experiences at other Brazilian Steakhouses that have since closed but this one we will be back soon!

Went here to celebrate a birthday in the family. The atmosphere was very alive! I would have liked the tables to be a little bit more separated but I get they want to have as many customers as possible. The food was delicious but there was a sushi buffet promised and it didn't exist. Also some steak that was listed was not brought around and we had to ask multiple people before we got some. Other than those three things, I enjoyed it!
