Tender Towne

BEST. MEAL. EVER. but a scam. I skirted into tended towne having never heard of it and i ordered the classic meal. it said soda was included and so i was so excited because i am OBSESSED with root beer. if you hate root hear click off right now because we do not want you here. anyway when i got my receipt back it said that it charged me 13 CENTS for the soda. I was so mad that i was going to call the manager but then i realized they probably didn't even have one there because there was literally only one employee. i was about to use that 13 cents to purchase some very important things so now im going to have to pickpocket someone to get enough money to afford gas. but the chicken was really good, no ketchup was given which is a whole other rant but overall COME.

It's kind of silly to hear everyone complaining because Tender Town portions aren't what they once were. I had their Buffalo wrap meal for the first time today and it was a tasty lunch at a fair $10.99. No, this wrap wasn't big enough for me to make it into 2 meals. But it was hot, tasted good, and the employees were friendly.

I only go here because my uncle likes it. I pick up when I'm caring for him at his home. That said it's overpriced and the chicken is only so so. The nasty soggy steak fries are the worst. 3 tenders with soggy fries or hard chips and garlic bread pLus a drink will set you back about $10. There are better places to get chicken.

I don't know why this place is not more busy!!!!!It's always fresh and never disappoints!!We Heart You Tender Towne!

These guys rock.Food is great. Unlike Cane's it has flavor.The employees are very friendly.

My food was good as always, the place as clean excluding the salt from the recent snow storms, and had friendly, fast service.

Tender towne chicken strips are so much better than Canes. But what happened to the wedge fries!? They were amazing, skinny fries are bland, get cold fast and are not unique. Please consider bringing back the big wedge fries!!!

Used to love the food here... hot fries, toasted bun with very generous amount of chicken salad. That's absolutely over! Now I get cold and old fries, no toasted bun and very little chicken salad. Food quality here has taken a huge dive and the employees could care less what they are actually serving to the customers. Last visit was today for sure.

Food was great! The service was excellent and the employees were very nice and helpful. I had the chicken salad and it was so good! The portion was large and I had to eat some first before I could pick up the sandwich. The store was very clean and all the employees were always doing something and not just standing around. They were cleaning booths or the counter or mopping the floor. Going back tomorrow.

We visited the Loveland restaurant last night at 7:30 pm for the first time. We walked in and not a single employee greeted us. Everyone was in back and one employee yelled "three in" but yet no one came up front to take our order. We waited for a while to hopefully make and order and try out the food but 5 employees continued to do whatever in the back and not a single person came to serve us- so we left. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
