Tender wraps with shoe string soggy fries and extra tender sauce. It had toast subbed for the drink but it ate it.
Tenders $1.99 a piece. Ridiculous. I gave them one last chance. Fail!

My spouse and I love Tender Towne! Tenders are always so hot they cannot be eaten right away, sometimes even melting the box they come in they are so fresh. They only have one sauce but it is absolutely delicious! Fries are always super fresh. Coleslaw isn't great (according to my spouse, but my dad loves it so try it a for yourself if you like coleslaw!) always quick service even with a line and workers are always super friendly. They have a fine in area but I've never been inside, we usually eat here when visiting Jungle Jim's!

I have always loved this place it's better than the other tender places however I'm giving it 3 stars even tho my food is usually delicious it's very inconsistent. What I mean by this is the chicken can be fat and juicy or small and skinny/dry. The sauce can be delicious or bland. The fries can be really good or over cooked when the steak house kind or shoe string ? Which were soggy and flavorless. Please tell me this isn't a new thing. The toast is usually good but why the end piece ? The funnel fries are always on point and I do recommend their wraps but please work on your consistency for the price.

I gave Tender Towne another chance. It is still my favorite chicken. We have been going to Butterbees instead lately because it is a better value for the same tenders. The tenders were bigger than the last time and were very hot and fresh. Much better so I am adding them back into my list.

We went to Tender Towne at the request of my 14 yr old for his birthday dinner. I thought it was a weird request but I get why he wanted it now. It was my 1st time The staff & what I think was the manager, was so polite. We will definitely be back when we are on that side of town since it is nearly an hour away.

I spent a lot of time avoiding Tender Towne because I'm not a big fan of their sister restaurant, Butterbee's. I've always had bland food and an apathetic service experience. I've had Tender Towne a few times because I did not have the deciding on food and I can say it's slightly better than Butterbee's. Pros:- I like that they come in different size meals from 1-5 tenders. Different options for your particular hunger level but without the annoyance of buying only an extra tender.- They offer different sauces as opposed to their main competitor. There are 5 or 6 other choices besides their Tender sauce. (I've never tried the other options because I am a BIG fan of the Tender sauce!)- There are other menu items besides tenders. They offer wraps and sandwiches, and they serve chicken salad and grilled chicken. Plus, they have a few desserts (funnel fries!) if you need something sweet.Cons:- Tenders are smaller than other chicken restaurants. I always ended up getting one of the larger meals. - Service is awkward at best. I think they have the Penn Station style machines where if you don't tell them exactly what they need they can't move to the next part of the menu. That can be frustrating when your mind is focused on ordering multiple meals with different items.- They have Pepsi products. Gross. All in all, Tender Towne isn't awful and I go here every so often. Do I think it beats their main competitor, Raising Canes? Absolutely not, but it's closer to me and sometimes that's the only battle. If they decide to bottle up their sauce, let me know. I'll be the first to buy!

We love the wraps minus this cheese:). Fries are an added bonus! Not the fastest drive thru, but I think that's because it's made fresh when you order.
