Teak is a trendy Thai and Sushi restaurant in downtown Loveland. This location adds to the overall ambiance and attractiveness of the restaurant, as there are breweries, ice cream parlors and other places of interest within a short walking distance. The area is an experience. As a standalone restaurant, Teak is good. There are no red flags. There are, however, no stand out aspects either. Compared to other Thai restaurants in the extended area - Silver Spoon in Springboro, Thai 9 in Dayton, the food is average. It isn't bad, but it doesn't stand out. I've been to Teak twice now and that has been a constant. One other item to note that was very disappointing was tied to our appetizer. I ordered the Sushi and Sashimi Dinner as an appetizer for the table. This is a chef's choice plate, where the sushi chef chooses what to give you - one roll, pieces of sashimi and also nigiri. This time, he chose to be as basic as possible, with the roll being a basic..... very basic.... tuna roll. I view this as their opportunity to shine, to be creative and they were not. For $30, it left me quite disappointed. Overall, Teak is solid. You'll have a good meal in a great area. You'll pay slightly more for what you get, but not much. Teak just doesn't shine.

Fab little find in lively lovely Loveland. Generously appointed menu. I gotta say Asian fusion got my attention but really tho it's Sushi or Thai. Popcorn chicken is garbage. When we told our server that we didn't like it she said yehhh that's kind of just on there for the kids. Glad it was only $7 because she didn't take it off the bill. Whatevs we ordered it it's not her fault we didn't like it. Definitely recommend the coco but chicken soup and the yellow curry with shrimp. OMG delish!!!!

Our experience here was great! Service was excellent and attentive. The restaurant was clean and very nice. My husband ordered the yellow curry and I ordered the Dragon Balls and two pieces of salmon sushi. The food was delicious, fresh and well prepared. The sushi was great! The curry was so flavorful and the rice was perfect. We will certainly be back!

This food was amazing and my waitress was great as well! I frequent Teak in downtown Cincinnati so my expectations were high and I wasn't disappointed. The only thing that was new was the parking - because it was pouring raining - but that didn't stop us from having a great experience.

We went back to Teak in Loveland for dinner. This time we were introducing another couple to the restaurant. You know how some restaurants start out strong only to fade in the stretch? Not Teak! It was yet again amazing. I ordered two specialty rolls and a regular sushi roll for dinner. Everyone else has cashew chicken. All the food was spectacular. If you visit, try the "Sunday Morning" roll. You can order it anytime. Give it a go, and drop a comment to thank me for the recommendation.

Dangerous living a mile from the Loveland location. Our go to for carry out on occasion as well as dine in with others. Chicken pad Thai is the best around.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Teak restaurant in Loveland with a 630 pm reservation. The restaurant was packed with diners enjoying the best of Asian fusion cuisine. We enjoyed a cocktail at the bar while waiting approximately 10 minutes for our table The place has an upscale look with a sushi counter at one end and a full service bar at the other end. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, the plates going by showed that the kitchen was taking extra care to make all the dishes picture perfect. We choose a "Chicken with Japanese Eggplant"(less the green & red peppers), that normally come with it & "Crispy Pork Belly with Kimchi and Sautéed Veggies, both dishes came with white rice. The service was top notch. "Roshini" our waitress took the time to, explain our menu items and even though they were packed the manager came by our table to make sure our experience was perfect. The food was delicious, the portion sizes were good, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. Be sure to make a reservation, especially during dinner time.

My husband and I came here for a date night - we enjoyed it a lot! The hosts & servers were very nice. Not a lot of waiting space once you enter so if it were busy we would have to sit outside to wait. It was good thai food, but not the best we've had. Here's our take on what we ordered:Spring rolls - yummy! pretty standard spring rolls with 3 sauce choicesBike trail sushi roll - I really liked this! husband thought it was only okay, but we still ate it all up. I especially liked the sauce inside the sushi!Panang curry - Hubby got a spice level 8 out of 10 and it was quiteee spicy! He wishes it had a larger variety of vegetables in the dish. Portions are HUGE though which is great!Jungle noodle - saved the best for last because this entree was soooo good. So much meat, big portion, and the asparagus wasn't even stringy which I always find impressive. 100% would order againoverall a decent thai restaurant close to our home. don't expect the most authentic thai food you've ever had, but I would recommend!

Surprisingly the inside of this restaurant was fancier looking than I expected. I don't know if it's just me but when I think of Thai cuisine + sushi - I don't automatically think fancy lol. But that's probably just me because I am from Southern California and typically Thai restaurants are Thai and sushi restaurants are just sushi. Anywho! I came here during lunch with a friend and it was a good experience.I only ordered the sushi because I was craving sushi. I ordered their dragon roll and eel and cucumber roll. Which was good but nothing too special TBH. Pretty standard. Overall it was a good experience but I don't really think it was exceptional sushi. I'll definitely come back here and try their Thai food instead. Service was good too.

Love the food but had a poor carryout experience where they left out an entire item. Check carefully when carrying out and also the phone at the loveland location doesnt work sometimes.
