A Horrific Experience at Taco Bell - Avoid at All Costs!I recently visited the Taco Bell location at fort mitchell and I can confidently say it was the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered a chalupa street taco with chicken, but what I received was utterly appalling. Instead of the cantina chicken, my taco had a cheap, soggy chicken nugget thrown in it. It was a complete mockery of what I ordered and expected.The lack of attention to detail and quality at this location is astonishing. The staff clearly doesn't care about serving customers correctly, and the management seems to be non-existent. This kind of mistake is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.The taco was barely warm, the cheese was unmelted, and the overall presentation was abysmal. I left feeling extremely disappointed and disgusted. I wouldn't recommend this Taco Bell location to anyone. If you value your time, money, and taste buds, avoid this place at all costs. They clearly have no idea what they're doing, and their negligence is inexcusable.I will not be returning, and I suggest you take your business elsewhere. This location is an absolute disgrace.

This location closes at 1am, pulled up to the drive thru at 12:30 - waited for 18 mins (12:48) I pull up to the window they say they're closed and I ask why because it wasn't 1am yet - we ask nicely if we can just place our order and go we have already been waiting in line, so they let the manager talk to us and she said she would take our order, we heard profanity in the background, the employees flipped us off as we drove away, we got home and opened our burritos, raw frozen meat in all of them. Wasted $25 of money and felt unsafe consuming any of my order after seeing the frozen raw meat. I work 80 hours a week and hard for my money it's just disheartening and really upsetting even if it's $25 it takes me an hour to make that money for a meal:(

I wish I could talk about what the food was like, but I never got it... service was absolutely awful, the comment about everyone smoking crack is probably true here. Not worth it. Took my entire lunch break to get 2 tacos. Blah blah blah the ambiance sucks also.

Tonight I ordered door dash and only got half my food. I absolutely would not recommend this store for your late night dashing.

I've almost always had a bad experience with the food from this location but this time was the worst it's ever been. 3 "crunchy" tacos were all soggy and the shell was broken into bits, literally. The "cheesy" fiesta potatoes, which always have barely any cheese on them, were so burnt/overcooked that I couldn't eat them at all. They were a VERY dark brown color and some of them were so hard I couldn't even put a fork through it. They looked like they were in a warmer for about 5 hours too long. My quesadilla was okay at best, it was the only thing edible that I ordered and even that wasn't great, the tortilla shell was pretty hard in the spots that didn't have any chicken or anything on the inside of it. Save your time and money and just avoid this place, it's not worth it I promise. The location in Newport is 1000 times better. Oh and if you do have an issue with your order, good luck getting ahold of them to tell them because they never answer their phone. Left a review on their website and I will going back with their food for a refund as well for the stuff that was inedible.
