Symphony Mediterranean Grill

My husband and I love this spot! We come in when in Florence, grab a quick bite walk the mall and continue on! Everyone working there is extremely nice. We go with the large chicken shawarma wrap & loaded fries and we split them every time! Large amount of food and we usually take home some fries! Husband is obsessed with their pomegranate sauce. Delicious spot opposed to normal boring mall pizza.

I haven't written a review in like a million years but I was so unexpectedly impressed with this place I had to. This place is knocking it out of the park from a food court at the Florence Mall. I had the loaded fries which were a great value for the portion size. I expected to eat a few bites but ate the entire huge portion because they were so good. And I had a pineapple Fanta which was a revelation. I know that's more of a brag on Fanta but these guys were smart enough to offer them. Service was extremely friendly and helpful, even going so far as to hand me a printed version of their menu since they could tell I am blind as a bat and was struggling to read the menu board. The atmosphere is what it is. These guys deserve better than a food court but it won't stop me from going back, and Florence Mall does a surprisingly good job of keeping the area and tables clean.My friend's food looked awesome as well. Can't believe I'm trying to talk other friends into hitting the food court as a dinner destination but here I am. Excited to go back and try something else ASAP.

We were satisfied with our service here was pretty good. Right in between not something to write home about and not being bad

No good food, no good service, there are cheaper and better foods in the food court. You can buy better foods for a cheaper price.

Tried the Shawarma. It was very good. The person working was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely eat there again. Try the Shawarma!

It was so good.. it reminds me with shawarma I used to eat in my homeland. And the service so well as well.
