It is currently 84° in the customer area because the A/C went out. It happens. We got carry out. It's WAY hotter in the kitchen. You know who isn't acting like complete assholes? The employees of Super Subby's. Amazing service with a smile! They have to be uncomfortable and unhappy but are still customer focused. More places should have this attitude! The employees here will be running the world some day! You are fantastic human beings!

I'm not sure what went wrong at Subby's - but, it did. The bread, not the same. The sub barely warm. The restaurant does look a lot better since the remodel but fix your food! We will be back but you have got to do better!

We walked in at 7 and were reminded the store closes at 8 which was perfectly fine. Five of us to dine inside. Two cheese steaks, one Subby's club and two turkey subs, five French fries. Fries came first and about 4-5 minutes later the sandwiches arrived. All Subby's sandwiches are heated. I have no doubt our sandwiches were heated but not thoroughly. Our meats were cold so obviously not heated enough. While we were eating several came in to pick up orders. The one carry out order returned to inform the crew her fried mushrooms were iced cold. Another gentleman pickup his order and dined in. The service person apologized to the man because his order was wrong as well. It was probably a good thing he stayed to eat so any other errors could be corrected. I flagged down a service person as I wanted to share with her that all 5 sandwiches where cold. She said she was sorry but no attempt to make any amends.We didn't feel valued or appreciated as customers. It appears to me this establishment is being run by crew of kids. If there was an adult in charge we didn't see them. We won't be back.

They don't even deserve one star. Poor customer service since new ownership. Previous owner had employees who were friendly and knew their job. I used to eat there at lunch once every couple weeks. My last two visits there have been poor customer service. A couple weeks ago one employee argues with me about my Apple Pay payment. She tried to make me run the payment again but it had already processed and was showing on my bank account. It even said processed on their machine. Today, I asked for my receipt for my payment and she gives me a receipt of what I ordered but no amount. She then proceeds to write the amount on receipt. All this goes back to training your employees properly. The sandwiches are supposed to be hot. My cheese was not even melted. Today was my last visit to this location. I will not throw any more money away.

If you are looking for a local hole in the wall restaurant that serves great subs with interesting sides, you are in the right place. You can actually get wings, mozzarella sticks, and a bowl of chili with your sub. The people at the counter are very friendly, and the food is surprisingly good.

They call it a cheesesteak but it is just warm deli roast beef and cheese. The bread was average sub bread that you could find in any grocery store. Maybe the rest of their subs are decent, but stay far away from the "cheesesteak"

A really good sub shop. This place is always great for lunch or dinner. They have some awesome chili also. I have never had bad service here. The food is always fresh. And the dining room and bathrooms are always clean.

Was pleased with my sandwich and service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. Food was served very quickly and was delicious. The tables were cleaned off as soon as customers left and carpet and whole dining room was clean.

Older lady not wearing gloves. Nasty handling bread and fixing peoples sandwiches without gloves. Didn't wash her hands. Racist kept looking hateful. Don't recommend subbys on national road in vandalia Ohio. There are all kind of germs that can be spread without washing your hands and wearing gloves. The man in the kitchen was wearing gloves. But this older what seemed to be racist lady wasn't wearing gloves. And doing other nasty things in the kitchen and touching people's food without gloves. No one was COVID or other nasty germs. This isn't the first time. I thought maybe they would have enough since to well train their employees but that's just common since when your preparing someone's food. And why would someone want to pay their hard earned money to get some nasty food. The customers are the reason the employees receive a paycheck. Without customers subbys or no restaurant would be in business. That is the only subbys location that doesn't have employees wearing gloves. Gross
