Sunnyside Medical Marijuana Dispensary - Cincinnati

It all comes down to how long of a wait. Sunnyside was brutal. Got through the 1st doors then it was like LAS airport. Took 30 minutes. Inside is nice and clean and overall would be a fan but that line is something else.

Do not go here! Long line and does not move. Better off going to Ascend or another dispensary that is a well oiled machine. We wait for 40 minutes and barely moved. Not worth it unfortunately.

Good selections good deals and prices I will be back to visit next time I'm in the Ohio area

Lish is so knowledgeable - I love her! The place is very clean and has a more extensive menu than other places around!

Being a medical patient, I have had good experiences here now that they are in their larger space. Love all the upgrades. Med patients normally don't have to wait long.

Great selection as well as friendly staff. It does get a bit crowded and you have to wait a decent bit but the selection and prices makes the whole wait worth it.It helps that this location is in a good part of town so you don't have to worry about the area. Parking is a bit tight so when it gets more crowded parking can be a challenge and they will tow your vehicle quickly if you don't park in a designated spot.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. Medical patients ignored. Sorry to interrupt your shift

Go any where else, waited for 40min just for them to tell us to get back in line because their was a problem with our order very unprofessional.

Terrible time management. Terrible management of medical vs recreational lines. Just told a 2 hour wait time for check in even though I placed an online order and got a confirmation email to pick up. No apologies, just "if time is of the essence I suggest you go elsewhere". Happy to go elsewhere. Absolutely awful first and only experience.

Horrible, never go if you want something quick. Lived in Montana, California and Colorado, been to 70+ dispensaries . . . and I can easily say with 100% confidence this is the longest line and worst dispensary I've ever been to. Do not waste your time. I went to another one in Cincy the next day and it took 30 MINUTES less time. DONT DO IT.
