Subway

I drive out of my way to visit this Subway. The store is always clean and they make my sandwiches just right. Staff is always friendly and quick to make our order.Not many restaurants in this area and it's nice to have a good healthy option.

Eat Here if you want to eat Mold!This location does not live by the "Fresh Is What We Do" Subway motto. There was mold on the "baked fresh daily bread." When I went back within two hours of purchase, I was offered a remake after requesting a refund...who would want to eat another potentially moldy sandwich? The employee never apologized and had an attitude as if I was the one who caused the issue. This calls into question the freshness and quality of all consumable items within the deli case (which you are unable to look into because it is blocked by a giant sheet of metal) and the drink fountain.

Always a pleasure. Very prompt service. Never leave hungry. Great parking and plenty of tables. Very clean. I would come back.

This place is the worst. They usually only have one person working during lunch and that person is very slow. They have put up a grid so you cannot see their meat case after a complaint about being dirty. If there are people ahead of you then you have to wait for every single person to get their order completed and paid for. No efficiencies whatsoever. There is no way this place can stay open operating the way it is now

This is the third time I have ordered from DoorDash from the subway tomorrow and they have either missed something or screwed up my order. I tried to get in contact with the store. Phone does not work.. this order they forgot the two bags of chips that I paid for. Also, I ordered a cold sandwich and did not get ham or salami on it like it should come with a sandwich pickles also avocado is what I requested all the sandwich of which were on there I paid $10 for a baloney and mayonnaise sandwich. The last time I was missing my avocado and the time before that I was missing the Gatorade that I had paid for and my sandwich was messed up. I normally think it's a mishap and I try to give the location another shot which I did on other occasions do you not go here? I don't know why it's so hard to make a simple sandwich and follow instructions literally listed out.

The drink fountains look like they haven't been cleaned in quite some time. After ordering a sub I went to sit down, but the table appeared to have small dead flies lingering on it, so I went to eat in my car instead.Staff was friendly at least.

In the last 2 weeks, I have stopped by - out of necessity - on the way to work 4 times. Each time has been a new disaster! 2 that stand out: 1- The manager's extremely unprofessional behavior! I asked for a cold cut combo. He said the walk-in cooler broke down and he didn't have the meat. I ended up with ham with a side of this manager going in a rant over how he refuses to drive "all the way to Maineville" to get the meats he needs. The tomatoes were mushed and very poorly cut and he tried to put on 2 slices for a full foot long sandwich; I asked for more he put on 2 more slices. Terrible service!! 2 - This visit had a very nice girl at the counter and smiled a lot. She told me she had only worked there for 2 days and already by herself. I noticed the veggies were sparse: no onion, no banana pepper, the lettuce was brown and milky, 2 slices of tomatoes (which she got a new vat of fresh cut). Again as I tried to pick veggies for my sandwich, she kept apologizing. The iced tea containers were severely neglected even though she said they make fresh tea every day. This manager should be ashamed of how he runs his store. His superior needs to make surprise visits there and get some quality control - TERRIBLE!!
