I received a #15 titan on Flatbread with chips a drink and a churro. Sandwich was great no complaints, chips were good, but the churro could've been used as a baseball bat! Not sure if it was old or just over cooked but it was just bad! It was a delivery so I don't know about the ambiance, but the service was not good cause someone had to pick up that cinnamon flavored brick and wrap it so they knew!

Was I surprised to find out that most of this locations ratings are 1 star? Unfortunately, no I am not. I ordered a pizza sub, milk, SunChips, and a pepperoni & cheese dipper. The milk and SunChips were missing, which was no big deal, other than the fact that I'm still being charged for everything. I have to find out from the DoorDash driver that they didn't have all the items. The workers might have wrote it on the receipt, but why am I still being charged for the full order? I called 14 times (I know, it's excessive, but I want answers) between 9:40 PM - 10:00 PM. No answer at all. No option to leave a voicemail or leave a message because their voicemail is not set up. I have reached out to subway on social media and on their website under the 'contact us'. Hope Subway decides to reach back out soon! I understand mistakes happen and items run out, and I don't even expect great customer service, but the lack of customer service in general is disappointingly stunning.

I got to a variety of SUBWAYS since there are so many around, so this is just one I went to.One of my problems is they didn't have ketchup for my sub.I understand they don't have fries and all, but most people put ketchup on their subs.The sub was still good without the ketchup, but they should have it in stock.Being a vegetarian, they have lots of sub toppings for me.I've had same experiences at all SUBWAY locations.Plus, SUBWAY is never busy, and the staff is very nice & forgiving.a

This was a very disappointing experience, but not because of the food or customer service. I never got to the point of getting food because the poor young man making sandwiches at the time was by himself at 7PM on a Sunday and there was a line out the door. Whoever makes the schedule, I assume the general manager, should take into consideration labor laws and common decency. The young man was very polite and accommodating as well as being as quick and efficient as he could be, but whoever manages this store should definitely be reprimanded.

Normally Subway is a nice place to visit. For some reason this location seems to fall through the cracks of decent customer service and friendly employees.The last two times I visited this location the employees openly acted out like it was an inconvenience that we walked in. One employee was angry that he had to come out from the backroom to assist with making food. As he was making the food he continued to openly state how he hated working there.Just tonight in walked in and was fourth in line when the girl behind the counter looked at us walk in shook her head and rolled her eyes. Her male counterpart was literally slapping sandwiches together as if he was doing the customers a favor.We left. After the last couple of visits and being around employees who are clearly above us and have something better to do than their jobs we're through with them. If we want Subway in the future we will go either Walmart on Wilmington Pike or the Greene.

I recently visited the Subway store 1689 W Dorthy Lane, Moraine, Ohio. June 17 2024. I ordered a Churro with my lunch. The staff member placed it in the oven and toasted it. When I tasted the Churro it was hard and stale. I returned it and told the staff member about the Churro, She said, Churros are supposed to be hard. I told her I couldn't bite in it. A churro is soft and slightly crunchy, I asked to purchase something else she said, No.If Subway continues to provide bad customer service they will lose customers and the store will close. Dear customers don't order Churros they are stale and not fresh.

This store only has one good worker and that is HAILEY. She is the only reason I still go to this location. Every other worker is rude, and acts like their annoyed when customers come in and they have to make orders. I have left this store more than once before even ordering because the employees were so rude and uninviting. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE from everyone BUT HAILEY. Without her I'd never step foot in this business again. HAILEY YOU DESERVE 10 STARS
