(Sighs) This location is absolutely horrible. I ordered a sub when they first opened up in the morning via Uber Eats, the bag and wrapping of the sandwich smelled of vomit, reeked horribly, the sandwich- everything on my sandwich tasted days old the bread was not fresh at all none of the meats were fresh I asked for jalapeños the jalapeños looked rancid asked for no onions got a huge chunk of onion, I will never be returning to this location.

Zero stars deserved. This is the worst managed restaurant around. Only went two times but two times was enough for me! I won't be going there again. The kid working there today was such an a$$ just sighing, moving extremely slowly, wouldn't make eye contact or talk at all. He literally never uttered a single word. The first time I went I placed an online order my order was wrong plus they ended up being out of the veggie patty I had ordered. This place seriously sucks!!!!!!

They suddenly don't honor the coupons that are put in the neighborhood paper. They always have in the past. They told me that the coupons were expired and they expire in January of 25. They have lost my business. I won't be back.

So, I placed an order. Arrived at the store about 30 minutes later, with the email confirmation. They did not have my order. I couldn't wait as there was a line at the store. I sent in two tickets just so I could get my refund. No response. I sent a message through Facebook. They said they would get back to me. A week later and no response. Now this happened nearly six weeks ago. Why is it so hard to get my thirteen dollars refunded?

We came in there on Thursday having ordered online two turkey Subs. They said they were out of Turkey and could only give us Ham. We don't eat pork and asked for Chicken. They said no it was more expensive (so much for making an accommodation). They said we could cancel it online. We went online and you can not cancel the order. I called today (Saturday) and said I still needed my subs. They said they couldnt give them to us as they don't show anything that says we are owed them. Not the best service.

So I was just there and first off the guy wasn't even in the subway uniform but besides that i order my sandwiches and i clearly state i want the "shredded mozzarella" to which he repeats it back to me and then he puts the other shredded cheese on so when i say not the right cheese he tells me to pay attention???? Like rude much. Anyway then he doesn't ask which sandwiches get toasted and almost put my sandwich in the toaster instead of the other sandwich i ordered. Then after i'm done checking out i go to throw away a cup in the "recycling" but the recycling box and the trash are the same bin so. 1/5 stars for me

If I'm going to spend money at your location have the courtesy to open the restroom facilities. As a blue collar worker, it's pretty cool to wash my hands before eating.I was more than happy to leave your facility and spend my money elsewhere

Wish I could give a less than 1 star. What appeared to be the manager was not wearing a mask until We were staring at him. He put one on, it was didn't cover his nose, was hanging lower on his mouth, and then he touched his eye before he picked up gloves looking like he was going to put them on and never did. I won't ever go back. They gave us a receipt and asked for a review giving them a 10 and they would give us two cookies. Wish I hadn't thrown that out as I would have slammed them on that review as well. If you care about your health, stay away.

What the f type ish is this!? I'm thinking you should learn to do your scheduling properly so you can service the customers in your area. Unacceptable there were several upset customers waiting outside that finally walked away. I'll take my business elsewhere.
