I'm going to add another one star review for this restaurant. I'm actually surprised they are still open! The way we were treated at this restaurant tonight was absolutely inexcusable! My husband and I came into the restaurant and saw one girl working, no one else. She told us footlongs were on special for 4.99. I asked her how much it would be for a combo she said you add 2.50 for a drink and chips. I also asked her which kind, and she said any one that you want. I asked her how much a 6 inch combo would be and she said the price of the sandwich plus 2.50. Because the footlong was such a good deal, we decided to get two chicken footlong combos. That should have been 7.49 each. A manager I assume came out from the back and said, you just add 2.50 on to the sandwich for the combo. When we got to the checkout, it was going to be over $20! My husband and I both told him that was not correct! I asked him what happened to the special. I said it supposed to be 4.99 and then you add on the 2.50 for the combo. He said no, the footlongs aren't on special. I said to him the girl told us they were 4.99! His nasty response was I doubt if she said that, and the chicken footlongs are never 4.99, only certain ones. My response was you weren't even there, and we have no reason to lie! That's why we ordered them. We repeated again that's what she told us. He kept insisting she would never say that, and was so extremely arrogant. With other customers behind us, he treated us like we were liars and had the nerve to say maybe you have a hearing problem or something to that effect. I looked at my husband and said let's go. I told the "manager" we're not buying. We are done. Keep your food! He mumbled something under his breath as we turned to leave. I said to him, this is why so many Subways are closing! He very arrogantly said in a nasty tone, have a nice night. When we got in the car, I threw out my rewards card because we will never return again to any of them! I work in customer service, and I would never treat my customers this way!!! My husband and I both believe that they were hoping we would fall for their trick to spend the extra money. This was such blatant lying and double talk on their part. Totally inexcusable!! That so called "manager" is the one who not only has a problem with his hearing, but also his attitude! We won't be bullied into spending more than what we were told. Again, we will never again go to another Subway!

This location does not honor deals that are available on the app for their specific location. The order can be placed and card charged, but they will cancel your order claiming their owner is not participating in the deal. These offers should then not be available in the app for the location. Poor business and poor customer service. Avoid unless you would like an over-priced, sub-par sandwich.

This is the worst managed Subway I've been to, and I've been to dozens. Sign on the door says they close at 9:00. Today I walked in at 8:48. Kid tells me "We're closed."Me: "Everything's still out." (and it was, even meatballs)"The manager decided to close early."Me: "Sign on the door says 9:00.""We're closed."Manager should absolutely be fired, that's IF he or she isn't a relative of the owner and IF you can find another manager in 2023. There are tons of other restaurants close by that close when they're supposed to and actually respect their customers.

Closing time is at 9pm but the employees put everything away and closed before 6:30. All this while 2 customers were at the door trying to open the door while two female employees ignored them. Seriously? I worked for Subway in high school and this would be totally unacceptable.
