Normally I'd say this was a decent spot, but they're not on their game today. I took an Uber all the way out to Story only to be greeted by a locked door. Apparently a pipe burst and flooded the back...but no one has bothered to update the website OR show the store as closed.So lights are on, people are showing up, everyone is sitting inside, and you can't go inside.This was a waste of time, a waste of TWO Ubers, and a waste of a good sale. There's an amazing deal today that I'm positive won't be around tomorrow...which doesn't really matter because I won't come back. There are too many good dispensaries out there with better customer communication (seriously, they could update the website to show they're closed and save people time and disappointment!).

If I could give a zero I woulddd first off the lady with purple hair and and nose piercing was very rude. I understand that cussing is in this kind of work atmosphere, but it's another when you're cussing towards us with an attitude.... I will say it was fast considering it was our first time, but no one really gave any suggestions or showed us anything that other dispensaries would !! I'm just saying we will never be back it was a horrible experience when all we wanted to do was get our flower and have a good time plenty of other amazing dispensaries around rather than this one

Horrible customer service wouldn't let us exchange within 10 min of buying the product we wanted to return or exchange and they simply told us we could not. Nothing was opened we never even left the parking lot pathetic will never return

Absolutely lied and said they have regular THC products. It's all THCa which is a SCAM AND NOT REGULAR WEED. Forget this place.

Starting with the man at the door outside was super nice with a great smile. I walked right in Stephen took care of me guided me in my choices. And was super nice and informative. Great experience this was my first time in the dispensary!!!

Really no stars for you! Just based on customer service standpoint horrible experience I would expect to see some type of professional customer service this is a business after all! I mean really I felt like I was at McDonald's seemed as though training may be lacking! Highly unlikely I'll be back or recommend.

the bud was good but after smoking over a half on boscotti mints I grinded some nugs up and pulled a literal piece of green thread like clothing thread in the grinder I though it was hair at first but was blown away to find that in the weed
