Steve's Meats & Deli

Went by there yesterday Dec.16 and I guess they're closed down at the address on this site. Disappointed. Went to Dave's Meats on Beckett Ridge. Very nice place, clean, great workers, reasonably priced and they also sell NORTH COLLEGE HILL BAKERY ITEMS, plus deli meats and sides!!

Such a wonderful surprise. The owner made me a sandwich and I gotta say, best sandwich I've had all year. Double decker with turkey and Roast beef. The spicy slaw was such a great addition. I'll be back for sure.

I have to go to this strip mall with some regularity, and a friend had told me about the chicken salad at Steve's, so I bought a pound. There are others that I like better, but I have no complaints about this one, except that it needs pickles and more celery. As it is, it's perfect for some people.Today I bought ham salad, which is very smoky, but not so much that it hides other flavors (mustard, I think), and macaroni salad, which does have enough celery.If you live north and need a butcher and deli, Steve's is the place.

We checked out this meat shop over the weekend for the first time. Overall I was impressed. They offer a whole slew of fresh meats..as well as other deli staples such as potato & chicken salad, huge dill pickles, bread & buns, cheeses etc. I wasn't planning on purchasing anything that morning but when I saw their hot sausage it just looked too good to pass up.I've tried them in the meantime and they were really good. Maybe not quite as hot as I would prefer, but very flavorful and juicy..a good solid sausage overall that I would definitely buy again.They also have kind of a build your own sandwich option there where you can pick and choose the different meats and cheeses you want and they'll make you a sandwich right there. I'm sure that's a really good sandwich, using all their freshly cut product. I want to try one in the future.The lady working the counter that morning was so nice as well. She was friendly and helpful, and even went out of her way to let us use their private bathroom when my nephew had to go. Just a very pleasant customer service experience overall.So yes, between the quality and variety of meats they provide, and the excellent customer service, I would absolutely recommend this deli for your meat eating needs. I hear their kielbasa is really good..I'm looking forward to trying that next.

My husband stumbled into this meat shop because he was craving meat and potatoes! Typically we would just go into a regular grocery store but so happy that he went to Steve's! He found kielbasa and they gave him a little tub of chicken salad! We ate both for dinner and now we are totally obsessed with this place! Our 1 year old helped me finish the tub of chicken salad for left overs the next day! It's in a very accessible strip on cinn-day road! It's a must visit if you are stumped on what to get for dinner!

We enjoyed some really tasty bratwurst at a church picnic yesterday evening, and found out that Steve's was the source. Stopped in today and was favorably impressed-homemade sausage of all kinds, Amish chicken, great looking cuts of meat, home made lasagna to take and bake. Great stock in the freezer so you can always be sure of getting what you came in for. Boar's Head cold cuts! FAIR PRICES. True deli service too, with sandwiches made to order, assorted salads. Also small refrigerated section with lettuce, eggs, as well as tomatoes, onions and potatoes for sale. I am very happy with this find, and resigned to the fact that I need to go one exit on the Interstate, which back in NY would mean going and extra 10 blocks. Yes I am using my NY guidelines in my review so take notice.... this place reminds me so much of a deli/meat store I used to frequent back in the boroughs. Only this missing was the fresh baked Italian bread from the local italian bakery.... But since there are no local Italian bakeries here, Steve's qualifies for 5 stars.

So friendly, so delicious. A cut above the rest. I've been going every time I come home from wherever I live to get the ham salad. Their deli meats are great, and the deviled eggs are great too! A trip to West Chester Area is not complete without Steve's meats!!

Stopped in here with a co-worker for lunch. We just wanted a good sandwich and were delighted with the customer service and the sammy!!! We even got to meet THE Dave. :) Thank you!

I love Steve's Meat & Deli! I live near the deli and have passed by for years before I decided to stop. The 3 main reasons that I stopped was to: 1. promote the small business owner's2. give my business to the small businesses in the area3. to get some fresh meat for a mealI am glad that I stopped since I now go there more often to get fresh meat for meals, get their freshly prepared deli and dessert items, to get lunch meat and cheese for that occasional sandwich. The customer service is awesome from the 2 women who work there and Steve too!
