I came here on Saturday late morning for breakfast but unfortunately we didn't get to try the food. After standing in line for 15 mins and no one advising us on the wait time, we decided to leave as only 1 couple had been seated in that time. I peeked into the dining area and it was clean and the servers were hustling but they appeared understaffed. The lobby has kids games, candy, coffee and other items to spontaneously purchase while standing in line. When I return to the area, I will try again but during the week.

We stopped in for dinner and it was wondeful. I ordered the Gyro sandwich and was not disappointed! My hubby ordered the country fried steak and my son ordered the kid's pancakes with bacon. All our food was delicious! Our waitress was pleasant and our food was prompt. We got there just before the Friday night crowd but there is plenty of seating in their newer renovated space. There's a good mix of booths and tables. It was a nice experience and held up to all the people that have recommended it to us. We would definitely come back if we're in the area.

Timing is everything! Got here before the BIG rush. Thought it was a pretty long wait to get in, but saw what it was like on our way out... Food was REALLY good! I ordered Papaw's Favorite and every part of it was good. Hubs enjoyed his (whatever THAT was...), and I got a Cinnamon Roll Cold Brew (1/2 the flavoring) from the Neo coffee bar in the entrance (eyes roll into the back of the head). GREAT breakfast place!

This has become my favorite breakfast spot. The food is always hot, the waitresses are so polite and the portion sizes are huge! Plan on splitting a meal with someone or taking half of your meal home. When you get the omelette you get a choice of grits, fried apples, pancakes or toast. It's way too much food for me. But so happy that I have this is an option and they have such a great variety of food. I love the chelate chip pancakes with fruit as well. Awesome breakfast stop in New Castle!

I don't know why that hostess is so hateful, but I don't think I'll be back. It isn't a one time bad day; it is EVERY single time I come here. No smile. No pleasantries. No "hello." No "thank you." Throws the menu on the table. Barely even civil. I realize working sucks. Find a job that isn't in customer service if you are going to be so unpleasant. It colors the otherwise normally good dining experience.

Stacks has recently renovated the entire place _ it looks great! There is now a Cafe Neo coffee bar inside serving coffee & espresso drinks. You can order to go or to drink when you are dining at Stacks. You can also order online to pick up. Their Freddo Espresso & Freddo Cappuccino & Lattes are great!As far as the restaurant, I've only had lunch and dessert here and it's been great both times. They have a fantastic combo of Greek and American options. The Gyro and Baklava are amazing though if you want to try some authentic Greek fare.

This restaurant is mainly known for their breakfast items, but they also have a very extensive menu for lunch and dinner. I have mixed reviews of this restaurant because I have been here many times and have had both good and bad experiences. The food is pretty decent. It is what you would typically expect from a typical restaurant. So far I have not found anything that has surprised me. The one thing I do not like is there are certain breakfast meals that you cannot exchange sides on. For example, I do not like grits. There are certain meals that come with grits and most places will substitute hash browns in place of the grits; this restaurant will not allow you to substitute. I was even willing to pay an up charge, but I was told that that is not allowed.One of the lunch/dinner options that I personally like at this restaurant are the gyros, if they still have them on the menu. We will sometimes go to this restaurant if other restaurants are not open, but it is not when I go to on a regular basis. As far as recommending this location, I am neither here nor there on my recommendation. I feel like the food and service were better when they were at the old location, even though it was a much smaller building.

We waited for a while to be greeted by a server. Then almost 10 min to get our drinks. Server took our cups for refills but never came back with refills. At 30 min we still don't have our food and it's not busy This has happened the last 3 times we have been in here. Slow service and slow getting our food.

Clean, Great service. We have always had great food. Their soups are excellent and think people often miss them. Our favorite is the cabbagesoup on Thursday. Some of the waitresses have worked there a long time and really know the menu. So nice to go in and be greeted with a smile.
