It's my go to when I can't make the trip to Party Source in Kentucky. They also have a great wine selection and if you need wine and it's Monday and Piazza's across the street is closed, I come here!

I heard about this place through a group of folks online. They suggested that I check it out for a particular item I was looking for, and Spirits of Madeira did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly and helpful despite the fact that I was there one minute after they opened. If you're in the area, skip the other stores and come here to support this great business. Awesome place for whatever you need related to spirits!

I was very impressed by Spirits of Madeira. It has a large and wide selection of wines to choose from. There is a small bar located in the back room where tastings are held weekly. I look forward to attending one in the near future. In the front is a liquor store as well and the service was great.Be sure to use the parking lot in the back or park on the side of the street as the store. I parked across the street and had a hell of a time crossing due to traffic and no crosswalk that was close. All in all it was great and I will definitely come again.

Spirits of Maderia is everything it should be quaint, decent selection, with friendly customer service. If it were any bigger I think it would feel weird just because it is located along the strip in the Maderia shopping district with all the other quaint little stores. The store has three sections, one for liquor, another room for wine, and then another room for champagnes and specialty items. They also have a few gift items available too. They have always had what I was looking for even if I didn't know what I was looking for. Another great thing is that they don't jack up the prices because they are a smaller store and in Maderia everything is more expensive! I love that about this place. You can find the same prices at the party source. WAhoooo! Support a great local biz and find some really cool stuff in here!

Be warned: Employee was not wearing a mask and not keeping distance in the least. It appears that they don't have a mandatory mask policy for employees, not even when helping customers. The message I got is that customers' health is not their priority. I did not feel safe in this store, although I was wearing a mask. If they don't care about my safety, I do not care about giving them business.

This is more than just a state store. Family owned and operated these folks know and care about their customers. Best wine selection in any liquor store I've ever been in. They have weekly wine tastings and they are across the street from one of the best cheese shops in town.Great selection. Great service. Convenient. Best liquor store in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Our go-to liquor/wine store. Easy to park in front, nice variety of liquor and mixers, great wine room for tastings. Friendly staff at the front desk. Less sketchy than most liquor stores I've been to in my day...seems to cater to the local Madeira/Indian Hill crowd, but without any pretension. Try it out in the heart of quaint downtown Madeira.

Was in Spirits of Maderia and reviewed my receipt upon arriving at home. After review noticed a checkout fee of $ 1.44, why? I could have saved a boat load of money at Party Source but I thought it would be good to patronize a local business. It isn't the $ 1.44, it is the principal, sorry all goodwill is lost over the checkout fee, never again. Check your receipts, they lost my business forever.

Not a bad selection of wines and liquors, but vibe is not friendly, parking is a hassle, and they charge a "convenience fee" for you to use a credit card (what?). I live, like, five minutes from the place and I still just avoid it.

They seem to have a good selection and since I am from Madisonville it is the closest State Store to me. However, I should warn that they charge about a $1 fee to use a credit card, even though that is a common way for customers to pay in this age.
