Wow. Just... WOW. We celebrated a birthday at SOB. I cannot say enough about the food, service, and overall experience. From start to finish and every single thing in between, we felt so so so grateful to be there and so pleased with the entire package. Our waitress Evelyn was excellent. Personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. She made the experience even better. The steaks were absolutely perfect, the sides were just right, and oh my gosh- get the carrot cake! Do it. Go to SOB. You really can't go wrong.Thank you SOB staff, especially Evelyn, for an unforgettable night: we're hanging our Polaroid souvenir on the fridge!

My book club had our Christmas party in the private room at SOB. I have been trying to get here for a while, so I was glad to have the opportunity to do so. Logan and David took excellent care of us! All suggestions they made were spot on and they were very attentive.My friend and I split several items (appetizers and sides). Everything i tried was delicious but I've been craving the raclette and crab cake. The cocktails were positively delightful and everything had such a good presentation.

We had an exceptional experience for our first time at SOB! Our server, Matt, was very knowledgable about the steaks and gave us great recommendations for each course. We ultimately went with the Japanese crab cakes for an appetizer, the domestic wagyu filet, the Brussel sprouts, the au gratin potatoes, and the go bananas dessert. All of it was phenomenal, though our winners were definitely the crab cakes, steak, and bananas dessert; we found both side dishes to be a bit oily. From start to finish, our dining experience did take about 2.5 hours due to a large party that night, and the wait for food felt a bit long because there wasn't music playing for most of the time we were there. The friendliness of the waiter and the quality of the food will have us returning!

I checked out this place from a recommendation and I will start with saying I highly recommend this place. Booking a reservation for Valentine's Day weekend was very easy and convenient online. I loved the ambiance in the restaurant, where me and my husband were sat was in a room with books hanging from the ceiling and famous book quotes and images painted on the wall, and my bibliophile self loved it! The restaurant design is visually stimulating and intriguing. Our server was great and provided recommendations! We tried their bread board, chicken linguine and ribeye, and Mac and cheese. This was well more than plenty for two and made for great left overs. The price of the items is on the higher end but again great quality food and portions enough to split or have for left overs. I definitely look forward to going back for another celebration.

The vibe was super eclectic and artsy but a lot of fun. The art on the walls is all spray painted and amazing. The service was fantastic! Our server David was so helpful and happy to help with recommendations since it was our first time there. They asked in the very beginning if we had any allergies or anything that they should be aware of. They even had us choose our own steak knives like we were choosing weapons from an arsenal. Now on to the food, we started off with the Million Dollar deviled eggs, which were so good and topped with real edible gold leaf! Thanks to David's advice, we ended up sharing the "Baby" Wedge salad, which he made us aware was their largest salad. They even split it up on two plates for us. Our entrees were some of the best steaks we have ever eaten. My husband had the 18 oz Ribeye and I had 16oz Prime Rib. We were both going to get the NY Strip but they were sold out. Our sides were the AuGratin potatoes and the seasoned mushrooms. This food was flipping incredible. We wanted to get dessert but there was just so much food, that there was absolutely no way that we could even try. Thank SOB for making our anniversary dinner so very special.

Enjoyed a work dinner here this past Tuesday. The restaurant has a very modern look and feel nothing like your traditional steakhouse. The service was friendly and overall it was very good. It did drop off as the restaurant got busier. I had the Australian Wagyu 8oz filet and it was delicious. I thought the Mac and cheese was good but was not impressed with the au gratin potatoes. They have a nice wine list to choose from. They definitely were pitching more expensive wines and menu add ons. I did not love that. Worth a try if you live north.

The food was delicious. Their bread melts in your mouth with each bite, it's very soft and supple. The dishes steak and linguini was scrumptious. the atmosphere and ambiance were incredible. The graffiti style art and decorations in the restaurant are very colorful, exciting, and poppy. The food service is exceptional. The server was friendly and quick. Overall, it was an incredible restaurant and an amazing culinary experience.

I was so excited to finally try this restaurant! The pictures and reviews online sold me. However, when I first walked in, I was less than impressed with the service. There were two hostesses at the entrance. They were speaking with an older couple who was leaving out. I overheard the woman sharing how great of a time she had. And there I was, waiting behind them to be acknowledged. I made my reservation ahead of time and was eager to be seated. While I understand the importance of ensuring each customer has a good time from beginning to end (more on that later), that is why there is more than one hostess. Eventually, the conversation ends, and I am shown to my table. It's on the side of the kitchen which is kind of loud, but not the worst. Our server greets us and provides the menus. We look over the options and make our decisions. However, it is a while before he makes it back to us. Nevertheless, I am taking it all in. The manager comes out to greet us, and I truly appreciated that. We noticed staff intently cleaning wine glasses. They truly care about presentation. I ordered the classic filet with potatoes. The potatoes were lukewarm, but my guess is that my plate was ready before my husband's. Everything tasted great. We were so full, that we couldn't make room for dessert. Unfortunately, an experience that almost fully recovered was soured again on our way out. There were now three hostesses up front, and no one acknowledged us on our way out. After spending $200, it's the least you should do. Even Planet Fitness employees break their conversations to say "Have a nice day." Anyway, a little bit goes a long way. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and hope adjustments are made by the time we return.

Food was impeccable!! Service was spot on our waitress was nothing short of sweet. Always had a smile on her face while giving the best recommendations. Ambiance was beautiful.
