Visited this place because the daughter of a friend of mine celebrated her birthday there and I have to say... what a mess! To be completely honest... If you are leaving your kids there with someone whom you trust to watch them then they will have a blast because the play area is huge, all the kids where having fun and the person watching them will be the one suffering LOL.Now, if you are going to stay waiting while your kids play, now there's the problem. For starters, as mentioned before the play area is huge which leaves pretty much a very small section with maybe 10 tables of 4 chairs each for the adults to wait outside the play area, so you can imagine the dozens of people standing around those tables waiting for someone to leave and try to take it. There are a few rooms that can be rented for events such as the birthday we went but they are completely closed out, they felt like a panic rooms/fridge...4 walls and a door. There are 2 open areas on a second floor/balcony which seemed to be rentable as well.. at the end of the day it seems as if they just keep letting people in without any capacity control, it was just too much. Also, just a heads up, there are no adult beverages for the people waiting around 300 kids that are running, screaming and bumping in to you, the beverages and food that they have its pretty basic kids stuff; pizza, icee, etc. priced almost as if you where on Kings Island or something like that. Just not worth it.

I took my son to Defy on a weekday and it was a great experience. I was hesitant to visit, but the staff was really helpful and it wasn't too rowdy. It's a little smaller than I thought it would be, which is a positive for me because I could watch my son closely. My son loves the slides and obstacle courses, and it's great to get energy out. I expect it would be too crowded on a weekend day, but haven't experienced it.

This Defy/Jumpzone location does not honor Passes purchased at other locations and if you have a concern, do not expect to be reasoned with. The manager on duty (Elizabeth, afternoon of 12/27) was of no help and not interested in the least that we had just spent $75 on passes at a South Florida location, not a month before. ...So we were to spend an additional $50 for my 2x kids to jump 90 mins. Not good. - Also of note: Any passes bought at the Florence Defy/Jumpzone are non transferable to other locations. What's the benefit of the pass at all? - Wrapping this up: Bad customer service and the company as a whole does not respect money spent at other locations under the same brand(s). ...Which is just dumbfounding for a national chain. - Frankly, it's not good enough. Better to spend your money elsewhere and avoid the dank ambience of this money trap.

Though it's very busy during certain hours on certain days and sometimes you have very Iill behaved tweens and teens this is a great opportunity especially if you live close to get a 30 dollar a month membership and bring your kids for some great fun and great exercise. My kids love it, tons to do and I can just sit in the play area and read while the kids jump.

Wow!! This place is crazy. High energy, kids everywhere! They love this place. Id recommend age 5 and up for kids, any younger they may get jumped on. Defy was clean and well maintained, friendly staff. They had plenty of sitting areas for adults.I would suggest coming around 12:30 instead of opening time at 11:00, as the check in lines were very longThe only negative is that the don't sell beer. I wouldn't mind having a cold one while the kids jump.

I'm torn between "how do more people not die here" and "dang that was a ton of fun!"I know folks find Skyzone's rules of one per square, no adults and kids in the same area to be quite annoying but after a trip to Defy where it's a total free for all, I'm much more appreciative of some general safety rules. My 4 year old is basically a ninja, rarely do I see her not upside down or flipping over the couch. She specifically told me, "mom, I don't want to come back here." She got hurt several times, both by other kids and the equipment. Sunday afternoon, this place was packed, and that's the safety hazard. I'm talking HUNDREDS of adults and kids in a huge free for all. It was actually quite terrifying to somehow try to limit my kiddo so she didn't die. Not exaggerating. HOWEVER, this place is so cool. The obstacles and equipment are totally awesome. If it was a day/time that was totally dead, this place would be a blast. I'm not sure how you'd go about figuring out the slow times. If you think it'll be busy, DO NOT bring your younger kids here (under 8ish). The line is dysfunctional, there's one line for the "flight club" and three lines for regular admission but the signage was horrible and the long line was to the door. None of it made any sense and certainly led to very expected, impatient kids. We had to wait 20mins to wait another 25mins. Bummer.Recommend a groupon if you choose to go, $15 for 90 minutes otherwise $21-24 depending on the day. The flight club is fairly priced, there's a pricey concession stand (icee out of order), and plenty of couches/seating for on lookers. This review is based solely on an extremely busy day. I believe that a less busy day would be less stressful for parents and kids alike. However, my kiddo will probably never allow me to bring her back.

I am sitting in their parking lot annoyed that they charged our kid a full soda price for a water. This is where they choose to gouge the customer??? Water?? Kings island, Seaworld and just people and businesses in general give free water but this place gouges you. I have been trying to call over and over again and they don't answer but I want to know if this is just an error or this is policy3-4 $ water.. not even bottled just in a cup with ice. My god people!! just raise things across the board 10% and hydrate your customers that risk dehydration...for free ....cause you are human and you care as kids and adults jump into dehydration because you choose to gauge..This really bothers me in case you can't tell. We are members and will ride out our time.. after that we are done just wow!!!

Fun, high energy trampoline park! I have been here on multiple occasions with the kids I babysit. They had the summer pass this past summer, which was fantastic because we could go for a short trip or stay all afternoon. I think Defy appeals to a wide range of ages. The kids favorite aspect is the dodgeball area and the trampolines that you can do flips onto the giant cushion. I jumped with them on occasion and always had a good time with my them too!

This place is exactly what you would expect. A screaming madhouse of over hyped kids being supervised by underpaid/underappreciated high school kids. The food is geared toward kids, the staff are mostly high school/college kids, and the customers are running amuck. As long as you go with these expectations in mind it's a great way to burn off energy for the kids while the parents (me) sit in the corner. We had one issue where older kids were bullying my 10 year old and his friend. When my kids went to the staff they handled it quickly and appropriately. All in all it's worth the money and slight headache. It would be AMAZING if the converted an area to adults only with beer/wine but I understand the challenge of that business model. It's worth the price of a monthly pass if you plan to go more than 2 times.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! Have been many times to this location when it was Defy, and never had a problem. It changed to Sky Zone, and it is a hot mess. I have never been treated so terribly by someone who is in Customer Service. Her name is Christy, and I watched her be rude to customers in front of me, and then take other people in front of me. When I voiced my frustration, she yelled at me. Then, she refused to help me, and when I rightly voiced my frustration, she told me to leave and acted like she was calling the police. At that, my girls started crying. I paid online, and she refused to refund my money or help me. There is no manager to complain to, and no phone number to call to complain, you just have to fill out an online form. Terrible business model and customer service. DO NOT waste your time and money at this location.
