Good sit down pizza place. Pizza was decent. The Veggie Feast was absolutely covered in olives, which was fine for me but anyone who isn't fond of them should modify the pizza. Ambiance is great- very chill atmosphere with a jukebox. Would go again to sit down and eat.

Stay away from South Broadway! Old people that has no clue. Waited over an hour and watched these confused old people struggle with the phone orders. To boxes of already placed pizza's in them get lost and turn cold. Update your computer system and hire young people that will get the product out the door before ice crystals starts forming. IT'S THAT SIMPLE!!!

We ordered carry out. Got the pizza and went back to the hospital. My daughter picked up the pizza after stepping away long enough to grab us food as my other daughter was in preterm labor at the hospital. When we went to eat it we all at the same time said the same thing. Is there sauce on this? 4 of us saying this. There was so little sauce that we couldn't even taste it. When my daughter called back she spoke with a guy (didn't get his name but he was nice). He asked her to hold while he got a piece of paper. Then the rudest most unprofessional unkind person came to the phone. A female with an accent. My daughter explained it again and just asked could they replace it another time as we were and that's when she stopped taking and the "manager" began over talking her telling her this is how they were trained and the appropriate amount of sauce was given. Q) how could she have known this by not listening to the issue? She no interest in resolving our problem (which she didn't listen to know why we couldn't just run out and bring the pizza back in to her right then. If you've ever been to UK Hospital you know the long walk to park the car get on the one working elevator to get to the floor with the bridge over to the hospital walking the full length of the hospital to the inpatient elevators through the button operated doors to the desk of the person to press another button down a hall to another automated door to the room you need to get to and of course her room was the last one farthest point away. Just to have to go back the same way and then bring it all way back in again. You get the point)The poorly trained unqualified "manager" hung up on her rudely only demanding that she bring it back in. She tried to call back the store and calmly try again to talk with her after her equivalent of a toddler temper tamp trim and her phone call was unanswered. This only begins the amount of rudeness we would go on to receive as if it weren't enough. Since she wouldn't answer my daughter's phone I called. I began when she answered to say I'm sorry I didn't get your name she then rudely said I didn't need her name what did I want to order. "You don't need my name, what do want!" I politely gave her my name and stated that we had just purchased a pizza and , (this is where I was cut off over spoken and she would begin screaming at me) said she already told the other girl she wasn't taking a name we had to bring it back in and hung up. The end.IF Sir Pizza continues to employ such incompetent people and place them in a management position and not hold them accountable for how they are treating their customers, then this will be my last purchase from them. IF using little to no sauce to the point you can't taste it nor see it, is how they are cutting cost but not their prices only the quality this will be my last purchase. IF they don't believe themselves to be above making a mistake and willing to do right honest and fair business and is accepting of this being the level of customer care they provide, this will be my last purchase. I will get ahold of a corporate number to make their owner aware. Depending on their response to me, and my family of 14 that I feed regularly from their business, will determine if this review is updated. Word of mouth does wonders. With all the business going under especially small chains I would think they would do better. These kinds of experiences are what drive small owners to have to close. Maybe not now or next week or even next month but give it enough time and it will not be around any longer. I truly and sincerely hope when I reach out to her managers and owners above her, that they will be equally as appalled of her behavior as I am as a customer and do something about it.

I read the reviews before coming here and I was a little hesitant and slightly nervous seeing all of the one star reviews for service and food quality. But I want anyway because I was curious. I stopped in at about 8:00 at night and got a individual chicken and bacon pizza and you know what it was actually really good. Saucy cheesy the bacon was cooked. The chicken was cooked. No problems with the food except that it was cut in a grid pattern and for a individual pizza. You don't need to do that. It made it harder to eat. Just cut it down the middle into four slices...So yeah I had a good time. The staff was friendly and the food was good. No problems.

It used to be my absolute favorite but the last few times the quality has taken a major dive. They short you on toppings and I'm not sure if the technique is what changed the flavor or if they've changed the ingredients but it's not the same and if it's stays this way I won't be back Fix it please !

Not sure how the food is but I ordered for it to be delivered. said it would be there in 45 mins. An hour later my order was cancelled due to not having a certain item. it's a pizza place, how do you run out of pizza stuff? Anyway they could have called and let me know so I could substitute something but they didn't have the decency to do that. Locals say it's good but I'll never know nor will I ever eat there if I'm in the area again.

Sir Pizza New Circle, Let me start by saying I have eaten at Sir Pizza for over 50 years. Yeah I'm that old. I used to ride my bike to my local shop on the West side of Lansing, MI in the early 70's. I am in Lexington at a conference and was really looking forward to a Royal Feast and a Hawaiian. There are no Sir Pizza shops in Maryland. The New Circle location was close to the hotel so the wife and I decided to go there. Made our order, told the clerk that we would be eating in. He advised they didn't really have eat in but we could use one of the tables if we wanted (had about 10 booths) the place was not clean. Bathrooms were out of order, and we didn't feel welcome so we took our pizza back to the hotel. While both pizzas were edible but the Royal Feast was a disappointment. Hawaiian was just OK. DO BETTER!!

Sir Pizza New Circle Rd Lexington KY 04192024...today's food was AWFUL! I ordered baked spaghetti - via DoorDash--I also ordered garlic bread and a salad - the baked spaghetti was floating in tomato sauce and I had to put it back in the over - the garlic bread was 2 slices of white bread that was not toasted and soaking with butter..for $27 very disappointing....The dasher stated my food wasn't ready when he got there and had to wait 15 minutes I will not do this again...SKenney Lexington KY
