Ordered at 6:30 and got my food at 7:20. Very small place only for takeout. Hardly any chicken in my bowl and the sweet and sour bowl was pretty bad too. The fried rice was decent, but it's pretty hard to get that wrong.

The food is wonderful. I usually get the chicken and broccoli because it's so good. The spring rolls and egg drop soup are also great. I get takeout a few times a month, and the service is always great. Love this family-run business!

I had started going to Silver Wok in 1996 while working at a local business. The "lunch" menu was very reasonably priced and the food was good. After changing jobs and moving to northern Kentucky, I would still order lunch take-out on the way home from a business meeting nearby over the course of many subsequent years up to 2012. Recently, I had an opportunity to stop through Blue Ash on my way home and picked up two Lunch orders. I had noticed that the price per entree had increased a one dollar yet seemed understandable with inflation. Upon my arrival home I reviewed my entrees and found there was no Shrimp within the Shrimp Low Mein Entree. I proceeded to call them to resolve and they indicated I would need to bring it back...a half-hour away. That was not an option for me and there seemed to be no sympathy on their end. I was just out of luck! I then decided to eat as is and noticed there wasn't much a a taste. Subsequently, we found the other chicken entree had limited taste as well. I might have just gone thru some bad luck (after 20+ years) yet it seems the food has degraded somewhat. I will probably discontinue stopping by their establishment when in town on business.

12/31/24 Lunch takeout: Schezuan chicken and pork eggroll. Served with sticky rice instead of normal rice!(?) Overall taste was sour! Not served in a normal sauce but a pure floating liquid. Huge amount of vegetables. Eggroll was mushy inside and mediocre taste. Based on this one experience will never order from this restaurant. again.

Ordered Shrimp with snow peas. Got chicken. At least I think it was chicken. Indeterminate white meat of some kind. Phoned in order for pick up and a $5 tip was automatically added to the bill. Won't go back.

We moved to Florida awhile back. Each trip back to Cincy we make sure to eat at the Silver Wok. Have not found any eatery having better Hot&Sour soupThan the Silver Wok. It's all good but the soup is exceptional.
