Schwartz's Point Jazz & Acoustic Club

Laid back vibe and service. I'll update as I go. No dood, except a few deserts. The wine list could use an upgrade for at $30/$35 a bottle it's what you get.

This place is an absolute gem! Super random location, kind of between OTR and Clifton. Don't let the random spot worry you, this place is awesome inside! Super cozy and intimate with fantastic Jazz music. They are open Thurs-Sun with an amazing rotating schedule of different jazz groups.We just got drinks and listened but they also have some desserts as well! There is some table service and a bar as well. They accept reservations online as well as walk-ins! We will absolutely be back to take in some more live Jazz!

I have to come back and update my review because after more visits, I understood how truly hardworking and homey this establishment is. I always choose Schwartz's Point when I go for a night out with my boyfriend or gal pal. I make sure to make a reservation, however walk ins are common and welcomed. The workers do not stop working the whole entire night. They have task after task and a tight room to navigate. They always are as kind as possible however and are noticeably enjoying being there. The music here is incredible. The A-shape of the room makes the music sound great and there's not much to absorb the sound, in comparison to places like Ghost Baby which have unintentional noise-absorbing walls. They have great artists - my favorite being the Mambo Combo. I recognize that my first experience here was situational and have truly come to find this place as one of my safe spaces, a place I truly feel happy and at home at. Thank you for being here!

There is this little weird building that sits between clifton and otr. You usually see it when you start wondering to yourself, "is this a safe part of town?" That building is schwartz point jazz club and it is fantastic. Go don't walk, run to schwartz point. Its the last bit of culture this town has. Is it old? yes. Is it cramped? Yes. Does it have the best live jazz this side of Chicago? Yes!

Been here two times! This's a secret gem right outside the OTR near Finlay Market! Only $5 cover (sometime maybe more depending on the performer). The life Jazz music performances are amazing! The expresso martini is fabulous, even I don't drink coffee usually lol. Tried their dessert before (the cheesecake and puffs), they're alright. They stored the dessert in the freezer I guess so the cheesecake was still frozen when I ate it. They only open Thursday to Saturday and close at ard 12 after the performance finished. Good for a chill night with your love ones! ;)

I have recently discovered Schwartz's Point and have been back three times in the past two weeks. This establishment is a gem! They offer a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as incredible desserts on their menu. I usually get espresso drinks. I appreciate the complimentary chocolate that accompanies the americano. It's a thoughtful touch.The musical experience is fantastic at Schwartz's Point. It's a very intimate listening space that is perfect for live jazz. The musicians who perform are extremely talented, and it is always a phenomenal performance. There is a $5 cover to pay the musicians, but that is quite reasonable. I cannot recommend Schwartz's Point enough. There is so much love for music and the community here. The owners are wonderful, and I greatly respect their vision for their business. I will definitely be back soon.

We had the best time at Schwartz's! It's a very small space, so reservations are definitely recommended. Easy, on-street parking and an eclectic vibe make Schwartz's a perfect night out. We'll be back!

Wonderful jazz, great drinks, and nice company at this friendly bar on the corner!We arrived around 10 without reservations on a Saturday and were promptly seated. The bar had a good amount of people and all were friendly. The bartender greeted us and made perfect drinks, out host seated us where we could chat a bit and was part of our fun, plus we met many patrons who just enjoyed that we liked their space. The music was great, just quiet enough to speak over but loud enough to be the focus of the bar. For drinks their coffee espresso wowed us all. I dislike coffee and I was a fan of the dark flavor. If you are still looking to be social but in a more relaxed atmosphere I have to recommend this place as long as its before 12pm (closing time).

Very special place! Great music and very nice staff. I liked the drink selection. They had a full bar and a lot of NA drinks and coffee/tea drinks if you didn't want alcohol.

Best jazz in Cincinnati. The atmosphere and the level of music is as good as any jazz club in the country.Great specialty drinks, especially the gin based cocktail.
