Randomly ran across this place while I was out running errands. The miso chicken teriyaki ramen was absolutely delicious and huge portion. I definitely had some for a second round for leftovers. When you walk in, you'll order at a little kiosk. You can sit and look at their huge menu to decide before ordering. They also have pictures of everything on the tablet (which I love). Then they'll bring it out to you in a to go container. Some may get upset about not having dishes/someone waiting on them, but it totally works for them here. I will absolutely be back without a doubt.

This is an authentic experience with ramen that hits the spot. The spicy kimchi ramen is a must try if you like heat. Everything is cooked to perfection and every bite you can tell that a lot of thought and care went into making the dish. The portions are wonderful. Not sure why this owner's response is to focus on the nationality of the customers and masking....can't seem to address his food quality issue but gives out advice about learning what the CDC is recommending. THIS may be the reason the quality of their food was not up to par.As per my response to the owner, I have no problems with people choosing to mask. My issue was with the rude way in which they handle the customers by slamming the plexiglass in their face after yelling out peoples names. And if your business is so concerned about covid, maybe clean that touchscreen or have some cleaning cloths there so that we are not all having to order food touching that screen behind everyone else. There is no bathrooms available in this place to wash our hands and they request that you use the shopping plaza trash bins outside to throw away your disposable food containers, which by the way, were quite full...wish I had gotten a photo of that...

I wish I could have been here before COVID, but it appears they have made some pretty extensive changes to the place because of COVID. For the most part there is no dine in. They have put up a wall and there are two tables in the area to sit in which are not attached to the regular HVAC system.... cold in winter. That being said, the food was good. I got a tuna bowl and the tuna was fresh. My husband got ramen and really liked it, but there is no dine in experience. Everything is served on disposable plates/containers. I ordered a hot sake and in came in a coffee cup. All drinks are bottles (even water).Typically when I go out to eat, I want the experience and service too.... this is not the place, but would be great for take out.

I mean it's good. I feel like it tastes authentic. You don't get a server per se, maybe you can? You walk up to a tablet and order. It's good to see pictures of the food but if you don't know what you're ordering its kind of pressing because there's a lot to go through. You can watch them cook behind a glass and the dining room is quaint. It was very pricey for soup and 1 piece of sushi it was $35. I had a craving for ramen but I may try something else next time I go there.

I DO NOT recommend this restaurant at all. Food sub par. Menu descriptions no accurately described I ordered the Crab Donut. In the description no where did it say rice. When it came to the table rice was the main part. So I returned it and she was hateful. She then said your salad will be right out. I ordered the Yummy Salad. With no Teriyaki chicken. Grilled chicken only. I put it in the notes. When I received the salad it was covered with sauce. I took it back to her and she said that's how it is. She was very rude when I asked her to refund both dishes. She refunded me but told me I was wrong in a very aggressive way. Her service was unacceptable. We just paid $68 for a light lunch for two people and the food looked and tasted like something from a sorry bento box. The gyoza was all pork, no seasoning, and did not come with dipping sauce, just a packet of soy sauce. The edamame salad was entirely lacking in dressing. It was also weirdly modest for the price. The fish was square and clearly from a freezer bag. There are several good sushi options in Lexington. This is not one of them.
