We visited their location in Oakley, and we were blown away by the service quality, the selection of chocolate delights available for us to choose from, and the gorgeous, quaint little space in which they sell their wonders.*We opted for an array of treats including some of their signature bark, truffle cakes, and so much more. The beauty of Ruby's is that it doesn't just deliver quality, but also, their chocolates are so very affordable. Unlike some store purchased chocolates at $20 a box, we enjoyed a vast amount for a mere $8! 4 stars for the chocolates and 1 extra for the amazing customer service! Certainly good cake truffles. I first tried Ruby's Chocolates at Martha Stewart's Food & Wine Festival in October in Cincinnati. They were featuring their Red Velvet and Turtle Cake Truffle. They were amazing, so I figured I had to actually go to their location and try more. When I looked up their location, I was surprised to find they are 8 min away from my house. I was super excited. I went by and tried them! I was greeted by Ali, the son of the owner. I also believe he is the Selling/Marketing Director. He gave AAMAZING customer service and was very personable. I ordered the bite size truffle box (12 truffle minis in a box). They had premade ones but I wanted my own flavors. They did this with no question asked or frustration. I had to wait 30-40 min for my custom box to be made but I talked to Ali for the most part. The owner, also came out and spoke as well. I had my youngest daughter with me (3 mon) so they both were admiring her. This business is a mom and two son trio. The other son came out as well at the end! All are very sweet! It was Halloween and the owner's birthday so they threw in 3 chocolate covered Oreos for my oldest daughter (3 year-old). How freaking sweet was that?! The chocolate covered cake truffles I got were Red Velvet, Key Lime, Turtle, Maple Bacon, Cookies and Cream and Chocolate. All of them were good and of course lent a different flavor. I'm not a big Key Lime fan but believe it or not the Key Lime flavor was very good! All of the truffles had a tender moist center with a chocolate outer shell. My favorite was probably Key Lime. I'm normally a huge Red Velvet fan but something about the way they make the Key Lime, stood out to me more. The Cookies & Cream was also very good. The Maple Bacon was good and different. Also, the truffles are pretty rich (especially the chocolate ones) so a 12 mini box will last you awhile. We still have over half a box in the fridge. They store well in the fridge. We take small bites out of them just for a sweet fix and put them back.Overall, Ruby's Chocolates has amazing customer service and good chocolate treats. This place is good for gifts for friends or family depending on the occasion. Definitely give them a try.

Went to Ruby's Chocolates in Oakley for their grand opening today. Their chocolates all looked so good, it was so hard to decide what to get. I ended up getting maple bacon, pistachio, and birthday cake (not shown as I ate the birthday cake before taking this picture). All three kinds of truffles were absolutely delicious and tasted like they had just been made. My boyfriend and I both agreed it was some of the best truffles we've ever had and can't wait to go back.

Definitely some of the chocolate I have ever had and probably the best truffles you can buy I've never been disappointed by anything I've had from here and always a winner for valentines day with my girlfriend it's high quality hand made chocolate at very affordable pricing two thumbs way up

Best chocolate stand in Cincinnati. I went to location in the new Liberty mall. Desserts are very good. Not too sweet and just the right amount of flavor. I got the pistachio truffle cake in white and milk chocolate. Highly recommend going if you are in the area and need a quick sweet snack. Will return again.

Excellent chocolates and even better service! I placed an online order for a variety of chocolates for my family, especially my husband, whose sweet tooth is legend among family and friends. My order was close to a special occasion and I knew it would likely be late, but somehow the great people at Ruby's got it to me before that special day. That's care and service not often found anywhere! And then the compliments and cravings began. I had to hide a few pieces to even get to taste - and I was not disappointed. I'm about to place another order to get us through those blah days until spring and encourage everyone to do the same or keep Ruby's in mind for a delicious gift in a pretty package. You won't be sorry.
