Royal Wok

I would not return based on my experience. I ordered online to pick up in store. When picking up I got almost home to get a phone call reminding me to pick up my order when I let her know I just picked up my food. After reviewing my order nothing was correct. I had to turn around and drive back to then be told I needed to pay for my food again. I had ordered egg rolls, crab rangoon, general tsos chicken and princess chicken. The egg rolls had an odd taste like they were fried in old oil. I was not impressed with my princess chicken or the size of the rice containers. I will not return.

We really enjoy grabbing take-out from here. They also offer dine in but we just prefer Chinese at home while binge watching out favorite shows lol.Easy to find, plenty of parking, older in the inside but really clean, friendly staff, and the portions are big.They offer something everyone can enjoy rather it be a new dish to try out or one of your all time faves.I cannot believe I did not take a picture of my food so this means I will just go back tomorrow lol. Anyways I ordered the C11 Mu Shu Chicken. And it was amazing think of an inside of an roll only as your dish. Yes please plenty of food for dinner and lunch the next day for only $12.95

I have to say, I have been super surprised with this place. Everything tastes fresh, the service is fast and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. We've ordered take-out and delivery and both have been more than satisfactory- quick and friendly. The potstickers are thicker (more like a dumpling) than I'm used to, but they were still amazing and I will be ordering them again! The egg rolls are crispy and flavorful, not over cooked. The crab angles are delicious! The Kung Pao Beef and Princess Chicken are two of our favorites. We've ordered from here several times and have never had a bad dish. A great little hidden gem of Springboro. Highly recommend.

I love that this place delivers. The delivery drivers are always nice and considerate. I was even a few dollars short Once I felt horrible and the guy told me not to worry about it! They have a good general tos chicken. And my husband really loves the crab angels. There rice is always cooked just right, I hate it when other places over cook the rice. Also, they always give out coupons with every order! So take my advice, pick up the phone and call in some royal wok! And get a good fortune cookie today :)

The waitress her is adorable, she's like the nicest grandma you've ever met. The food is also good and fast service. I recommend it for a quick and casual bite. The portions are also very generous and worth the price!

Great food and service! I went there with 3 other adults for lunch on a Saturday. The service was prompt and the food was fresh and very hot (temperature-wise). Would definitely go there again! It's a hidden gem. Horrible service. 2 year customer. No reading back of orders and if you require food to be re delivered, expect to be charged for the meal they messed up. Do Not expect good customer service.

It looks and smells good. The taste is good. A little too much sauce. They are stingy on the meat.

The food was terrible the chicken had a funny taste and the springs roll had a funny taste like they were in old freezer taste. The rice was very clumpy. I won't be returning

It has been a good year since we ordered from the Royal Wok, and I will never order from there again. We ordered Sweet & Sour Chicken with vegetable fried rice. I have no clue what they did to the rice but it was terrible. Too much brown sauce and "where were the vegetables"? Folks buy PF Changs out of the freezer at Krogers, it is much better than the meal we ordered from the Royal Wok. If the Royal Wok raised their prices they should, give you decent food. I am generous in giving them a 1 star rating. The only good thing I can say is the food was HOT, and that is why I gave them the 1 star. We will never go back. We do not mind paying more for quality food, but not food that ended up in our garbage disposal.
