I placed an order on DoorDash recently here. Their menu has a variety of options. I ordered the San Fran Patty Melt with a side of onion rings. There were no photos on DoorDash, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Most patty melt sandwiches I've ordered come on rye bread with Swiss cheese. This came on sourdough toast which I guess is why it's called a San Fran Patty Melt. I wasn't expecting that but it was good. It's a half pound hamburger patty and there were some onions and a few mushrooms on it. I ordered well done and it was cooked well done. The onion rings were plentiful and maintained their crispness. They didn't seem soggy. There were no condiments included but the order was placed in a styrofoam container lined with some foil. Delivery charges were reasonable and this is a good value.Looking on their website, this looks like a fun bar to go to. One day if I'm feeling adventurous, I might take a Lyft and see what it's all about.Recommended.P.S. I thought I had taken some photos but I can't find them now

Romer's Bar & Grill Bellbrook. Grilled chicken sandwich and appetizer sampler, (turkey balls, jalapeno poppers, cheese sticks). "Meh" sums up this experience. The grilled chicken was good. The fried stuff left something to be desired. I tried the turkey balls, which are a bit outside of my comfort zone. I was surprised that they were really crispy and the filling was well balanced. Still not my thing, but may be something that others would like better. The jalapeno poppers were extremely disappointing. I'm always excited to find cheddar jalapeno poppers, because most places carry cream cheese. But this was nacho cheese. Like runny, has been sitting in your refrigerator for a week, separating nacho cheese. I didn't eat more than a bite of those. Cheese sticks and onion rings were what they were. I expected better from a place that is known for their bar food. The bar food portion of the order just was not good. I may return for the grilled chicken, but probably wouldn't explore the menu much beyond that.

Nothing special at all. Run of the mill bar and Grill. Limited TVs. Half of them were not even on when we sat down. Bar itself is small. I would say it seats 10 people maybe. Limited craft beer selection plenty of liquor options. Did not try the food. The bar itself seems kind of dingy and dirty looks like it was being frequented by locals/regulars. Just your typical watering hole. Maybe a good last stop on the way home. Probably won't go out of our way to visit again bartender was nice enough but seemed overwhelmed.

So the food here is really good for a bar. We've been coming here for years, but lately the service has gone down hill. The servers are often taking care of far too many tables so you have to wait quite a while for beers, place your order, etc. If you're feeling patient, it's often worth the wait. However, we stopped in one Saturday night to play darts and have a few beers. We didn't have a table so we attempted to order drinks at the bar: The bartender was not busy, he was chatting with the 5-ish patrons seated around the bar - when we walked up he screamed at us to "go sit down, your server will get your drinks!!!!!" We were stunned at the hatefulness he spewed at us. So we found a table. It took twenty minutes to get our first round, the poor server was working the whole place by herself. And the bartender wasn't ever pouring the beers for tables, she was!!!I would have thought he was just having an off night, but I've seen him do this a couple times since then to other folks. After the last time, I don't think we'll be back for a while. It's just upsetting. He could be nicer about it, or insist that you pay him and can't put it on a tab you have with a server... it just doesn't make sense. I was a bartender for years. Can't believe I even have to put a bad review but man the service I received tonight was so uncalled for that I'm never coming back so I get off work go in there and some lady spilled her drink on me (I repeat spilled HER DRINK ON ME) AND the bartender Andy told me to get the fuck out when first off I was going to clean up the mess that someone spilled on me for him and then everyone at the bar started getting in my face and 2nd off I work right next door and I'm always bringing over free food like i literally did nothing wrong but walk in the bar so if anyone gives a fuck to read this please do something about your bartender's attitude because that was complete bullshit honestly Andy is lucky y'all do not have a corporate because he would be fired and I can't wait to find out who his boss is so I can have a talk with him about the service I received tonight

Social distancing....none. People sitting shoulder to shoulder. Smokers on the patio right on top of us. No masks on bartender (waitress was wearing one). This was our third choice when we wanted to grab a drink on a girls day out. Other two were closed. Got our drinks and menus pretty quick, but waitress never came back to take our order. Food on other tables did look good. When tables turned over, I didn't see any cleaning of table before other sat there. We finally went to bar to close up our tab, and they apologized for ignoring us.Covid 19 FAIL.

Service was good, beer was cold. What nauseated me was the guy vaping at the bar. Why doesn't he go to the patio like the rest of the smokers?Tried it again 3 weeks later. Now they are vaping at the tables in addition to at the bar ( server is vaping with the patrons). I'm done.

I'll just start off with saying... I can't say enough good things about Romers!! The food is awesome, everything is homemade, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend boneless wings, traditional wings, turkey balls (like Thanksgiving dinner rolled into a ball and deep fried, and served with turkey gravy), jalapeño poppers... pretty much everything we've had is amazing. Sauces all homemade and delicious. The only downside for me, is I wouldn't eat out there in the evenings/weekends because it gets crowded and more bar atmosphere. Not necessarily a bad thing, just depends on your preference in atmosphere.

Amazing food with a big menu with a variety of options. Definitely try the turkey balls if you need a taste of Thanksgiving anytime. Photo attached. Service is awesome and very friendly. Great place to watch sports, live music and play trivia on designated nights. Has nice patio too. Has pool and darts plus cornhole.

We have been coming for lunch for years. The last few times have been less than good. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak. I got a burnt bun with burnt meat. I found two peanut sized pieces of green pepper and one peanut sized piece of onion. There was enough meat to put on one half of a 6 inch bun. We also got onion strings that were mostly just the crunch stuff off of the onion. Majorly over done. Very disappointed. The last time I got the teriyaki chicken which was basically chicken no sauce. Sad because they were always very good and we recommended them all the time.
