Roll On In - Maineville, OH

The blonde kid behind the counter was rude because I dared to ask how long a to-go order would be after being ignored for 10 minutes while standing at the pick-up counter. Instead of just answering the question, he told me in an angry tone, "There's only 2 of us here, and there's supposed to be 4" like I'm supposed to know that, when all I did was ask a simple question. I made a comment to the person I was on the phone with about how he was being ridiculous for getting mad at me for asking about the wait on a to-go order, and then he decided to pick a fight with me in front of customers. It's clear this kid doesn't understand how to communicate and answer simple questions, all I needed was "it'll be 5 minutes" and then there's no argument to be had. But instead he wants to pick fights and act like a child. Actually crazy stuff.

Whenever my hubby & I try a new place we play the "How many stars would you give it" game. He said one, I said two so two it is. I didn't feel like the person waiting on us did a great job of explaining how 'it all works.' If this is a franchise there should be some basic training on that. The food service area didn't look well taken care of..........I don't know. This isn't a place I'll go back to or recommend. It's in a strip mall; has a strip mall vibe.

The food here is amazing. Place has two sides. One side has Asian fusion style and the other has burgers and Icecream alcoholic or non. I had the heaven bowl with lo mein base, crab, salmon, Carrots, edamame, mango and yum sauce. So amazing and tasty. My boyfriend got the cheeseburger and hand cut fries. The fries are so good. Definitely worth checking out!

We liked the food and staff was friendly.I ordered the Shaggy Dog bowl with brown rice. Very filling and had leftovers. It had a great taste although there was a huge chunk of cream cheese just sitting there which seemed weird.She ordered the california roll burrito and really enjoyed it. She ended up cutting it and eating it like traditional sushi. She also ordered a side of sauce (forget the type but it was brown and a bit heavy but tasty) to drizzle on top We also ordered a side of dumplings and crab ragoon. The dumplings were so-so. The crab ragoon was pretty good but felt heavy. It could have been because I was already filled.Good experience and would go back.

I came here for the first time a few weeks ago and ordered the Trio. It was amazing that I couldn't stop talking to my parents about it. I stopped in tonight and ordered the Trio again to go. While it was delicious, however I didn't realize until after I got home that the tempura shrimp was missing. I should've checked it first before I left, but note to others, make sure you double-check to make sure you got all of the proteins that's supposed to be on there if you order a speciality bowl, especially if you're paying big bucks for it. Disappointed that the shrimp was missing.

They nailed Taco Week! Best we've had so far. I promise you won't be disappointed and I know I will return for their normal menu soon. The staff was awesome too! P.S. Try the boozy ice cream too

This was my first time trying the Maineville location and it did not disappoint! I was so disappointed when the Loveland store 5 minutes from me closed but this is still worth the drive! I got a bowl with fried tofu and brown rice - so good! I love their fresh ingredients - mango, edamame salad, and sweet potatoes are my faves. They are doing carry out only right now and they had my order ready right on time. The restaurant was super clean and employees appeared to be using extra precautions. I will be back soon!

My order was missing fried onions and there was a hair in my crab Rangoon. I was disappointed.

We have come here in the past and it was actually pretty good, but recently the prices went up, and the portions got smaller. It also seems they don't take as much care when assembling your rolls.

This is our second time coming to Roll On In. I have been craving it and my husband said it was too salty last time but I talked him into giving it a try again and he agreed. This time I got the Shaggy Dog with Lo Mein and he got a burrito. We also got Wonton Tacos and Crab Rangoon which were both delicious! This time he LOVED his meal and was glad he gave them a second try! He said the service was great and the young lady who made our order was very bubbly and friendly! I feel like this will definitely be a go-to when we are in the mood for something different!
