There is self check out stations available as well as friendly staff that can assist! The menu has extensive fruit options, more protein based options and a limited food selection of protein bar and toasts. Perfect for after workout or in between meals treat. The drinks were lightly sweetened which was nice and seemed like fresher ingredients than other smoothie shops. They have an app for rewards points as well! Parking lot avaliable.

The service was not good at all. The place looked dirty and the workers locked the doors thirty minutes before the app said they closed today. The two workers looked at me and my friend and turned off the lights on us.
