Riverside Marketplace

Extremely convenient store. Has a gas station and then anything a gas station would sell plus a small restaurant and deli section and a basic selection of groceries. The store is clean, open 24/7 and has numerous check out lanes inside. The best way to describe it is a gas station with a small grocery store attached or vise versa.Overall, cute place to shop but I will still do regular shopping at a larger store that has more of the grocery products that I am used to. For their somewhat limited grocery selection I am taking off a star.

Sometimes when I go over to ludlow to visit friends, I'll stop in Riverside market to pick up some last minute snacks/necessities. Usually though, I try to make Riverside Marketplace a last resort. I don't mind the small store, I understand that this isn't meant to be a full-service grocery, but even as such, I had higher expectations. Assuming you can find everything you need in the store, there's often way longer of a wait to check out than there should be. There's only a couple grocery lines, but if you only have a few items you can check out at the cigarette counter.The staff seems to be a little disengaged, and not not much seems to move with haste here. I've gotten a little attitude before at the register (just the sense that my business was an inconvenience) and once had an employee chuckle at me for bringing my own reusable grocery bag. I'm sure the laugh was innocent, but a little customer service training could go a long way. Long story short, if you need a last minute item this place is fine.... if you need actual groceries, save it for Kroger.

Best donuts ever! Got to try the glazed croissants, can't beat 'em! Was sad when the one in Bellevue closed, but glad Ludlow is still going.

(2.5) ~ best described as a large convenience market versus a grocery store. Notes: They have all the staples(including beer) and it's open 24/7;)

Nice little store, it's really the only store in the area. Some of the prices are a little high on things, but their sales are great, be sure to check the ads. They have a great deli and meat department, and the best donuts around!! Don't miss this gem of a store.

Riverside Marketplace offers exceptional convenience, friendly service, and a wide variety of fresh produce along with the essentials you'd expect from any grocery store. As a resident of the Ludlow/Covington area for almost a year, I am extremely thankful that we now have a full grocery store in town! It's even open 24 hours, which is great - especially for running errands Sunday evenings in preparation for the week ahead. Highly recommend!

Has everything you would need extremely clean. Home owned and gives the family feeling. You can request items that you'd like to be sent to the store there's always a manager available and they have two weekends and we can sales very frequently

Have to agree. While this store in Ludlow is clean and well-stocked, I have to agree that the clerks are not "engaged" as one reviewer noted.Do not want unfriendly service. Do not want to see a clerk playing with her mobile phone nor talking to other clerks about personal matters when they are about to wait on a customer.

Always willing to pay a little extra IF AND ONLY IF the staff is friendly and offers good customer service.The female with the fiery red hair seems more interested in playing on her mobile phone, plus she uses obscene language.Never going to this place in Ludlow KY again

The manger is very unprofessional talks to people and her employees like garbage. It may be a convenient place to stop but it's the only grocery store in ludlow so they jack their prices up, their hamburger meat is almost always pink on the outside but get it home and it stinks and brown once you break it open. their Cut up fruits and salami rolls are only made because it's all about to go bad. I even once had an employee tell me don't ever buy the salami rolls.. needless to say but I will taking the extra time to go to Kroger.
