Quick and attentive service, very easy going atmosphere that's relaxing. Food was delicious. Definitely a good summer spot if you're in town!

All about the view, it is about the view of the Ohio River. The service staff is friendly and short staffed. Be patient.The food was tasty, served up quickly and the fish and chips came with three large filets. The soup of the day was a mildly spicey creamy chicken soup.Ice cold beers.They are closing soon for the winter, glad to have found this spot floaring on the barge and enjoying the view and good food with family.

Cold beer!! Great on a hot day. Friendly service. Didn't eat food but they did have some daily specials advertised.

We come to Madison 5-6 times a year and this is always our favorite stop. The food is always fantastic. The bartenders work wonders at the bar. The owner stops to talk to you. When they have live music it's always a treat to watch them sway with waves as they play.

Under new ownership and totally updated, I was pleasantly surprised. Typical bar food menu and decent prices. The drink prices are very good. Outside seating and live music it will be a great place hang out during nice weather. Since it is a floating restaurant it is subject to the river flooding and debris. Attached to a dock so you can boat in to the restaurant. They operate on cash only right now and warn you at the top of the stairs. They also have an atm onsite. I had the fried fish and shrimp combo basket. Shrimp were butterflied and coated in a standard batter. Fish were described as loins, but they were more like a thick filet. Standard wine offering and bourbon/whiskey selection starts with beam and jack, ends at makers mark. Our crew will be back.

The place was nearly empty on a mostly rainy Monday. We had a very sweet server who made great recommendations. Their southwest egg rolls were unique and delicious. I had the cod basket and it was very good. My husband had a classic breaded pork tenderloin sandwich and said it was also very good. We were hesitant about this place because of the average rating but decided to try it out because it was one of the only places open in the sleepy town of Madison. Glad we stopped in, eating here on the river was a treat.

Not good service. Ordered a cheeseburger carry out. Came without mayonnaise or ketchup. Coke was flat and watered down. The dock is nice. Place caters to bikers on the weekend it seems.

We love eating at this restaurant on a beautiful sunny day. The view is spectacular, the kids can feed the fish, the food is excellent, and staff is friendly. Walking there could be a challenge for some as the walkway is fairly steep, but it's worth it. Restrooms are clean (if you have a baby though, there's no place to change a diaper). We recommend this place anytime you're passing through Madison.

I wanted to like this place, but it was impossible. We went for a late lunch (around 1:00) and had to wait to get seated even with lots of open seating. Had two kids with me that were restless. Once seated we were greeted and our drink orders were taken. Once drinks came they took our food order. Kids pizza is a pre-made frozen pizza. That is not uncommon so I was not upset. I ordered a sandwich, husband order boneless Buffalo wings, and kid got pizza. After a VERY long wait, over 45 minutes, food came. All the food was cold, boneless Buffalo wings had no sauce on them, and kid pizza was black. Refills on drinks were not offered. I had to ask for a refill on my kid's drink. My husband asked for Buffalo sauce on the side and he never got it. Once someone finally returned, the rest of us were done with our food and I reported my child would not eat the pizza. One bite was taken out of the pizza and none of the chips were eaten. We were offered for them to remake the meal but we said no due to the fact we had to get home and my child had ended up eating off my plate anyways. When the check was brought back we were told they could only give us 50% off on the burnt pizza. I will NEVER be returning to this place. It is sad since it has much potential with being able to pull our boat up to the dock and eat. They lost our business for sure.

I love the view of the river and the food is all good. I HATE HATE HATE the cigarette smoking. It should never be allowed. I would give this a five star review except for the hideous ashtrays on every table. Please ban the smoking in your establishment. It hurts everyone including your wait staff.
