The best! We stopped for a quick sweet treat and Ritter's hit the spot. We went through the drive thru with no issues. The menu was pretty easy to read. The teenage girl helping us at the window with our order was great. She was so polite and we even shared a few giggles. Pricing was perfect! We visited in February, I'm sure they will taste just as good in the Summer. There is always time for ice cream/custard anytime of the year.

Stopped in and got a small snickerdoodle custard. I like the creamy texture of the custard, and it was not too sweet. The kids that serve the custard are fast and friendly. We got there early to avoid the after dinner rush. I have seen a line all the way out to the road and no parking spaces before.I like that they have 5 - 6 flavors each week that rotate. It was our first time going here, but it will not be our last.

One of my favorite go to places for dessert. It was a cold day and a little snowy. But I think it's perfect for ice cream\frozen custard. We ordered the small size turtle sundae because we had just had dinner. It was a decent amount and made perfectly.

I've driven by here so many times and never indulged. Until a recent afternoon when I was starving and my car did a hard turn in. When I saw lemon was a featured flavor I was excited. I fell in love. Think soft serve and lemon on a hot day. I been dying for a return visit. No lemon today, which made me sad, but the chocolate saved the day. This could get to be a habit. Amaya had a hot fudge sundae, and while she was quite as could be she scarfed it up. Score! This has the Libby V. seal of approval and rest assured I won't be driving by anymore. I be turning in and indulging.

Tried this recently while at a conference in Dayton. The desserts were prepared quickly, the space was clean and pleasant, and the staff was friendly. I found the concrete (peanut butter & heath) a little on the sickly sweet side. Also, I ordered a small/mini and it was quite large. My friend had a sundae and it looked good. She very much enjoyed it, and the portion was more reasonable. I would consider another visit next time I'm in the area.

Oh my goodness! This is definitely a new favorite!! I can't believe we waited so long to try this place. I knew of their other location further south, but not about this one. We stumbled upon it the other night when we were on our way home from playtime at Rotary Park. We have other ice cream we really enjoy getting in this city. But this not only provides CUSTARD (and glaciers!!), it also provides that perfect summer experience! Order at the window and then enjoy your treat at an umbrella table on the patio or across the little parking lot on the playground. For my 2.5 year old we ordered the worms and dirt - a small cup with a little scoop of chocolate custard topped with crush Oreos and gummy worms. This kid loves those toppings and the custard is soft enough that digging in right away is easy (as opposed to the hrs scoop ice cream that sometimes provides a challenge for him). Hubby got a sundae that had chocolate sauce, marshmallow cream and crumbled Oreos. He wasn't much for it. In my opinion, it was a disappointing fudge sauce (thin and "fake" flavor) that ruined it. But we were both head over heels for my glacier creation! I chose one of the flavors of the day - Turtle Something. Yes, that's really what it called. It was a caramel custard with swirls of chocolate and pecans (they were small and there weren't too many, which is perfect for my personal preference). Then I added cake batter, Reese's Cups and peanut butter. While I didn't really taste the cake batter at all, it was loaded with a full and satisfying balance of chocolate caramel sweetness and salty peanut butter. It was mixed evenly throughout and my size small cup was absolutely filled to the brim! 5/5. Definitely would return and get the same again. Of course, they'll have different flavors of the day. But if they're anything like this, I'll be very happy! We all can't wait to return. Hubby especially because next time he's definitely going to get a crazy glacier creation like me! Yum!

One of my favorite local dessert establishments on the east side of Dayton is Ritter's in Beavercreek. Living in Xenia, I'm a hop, skip, and a jump away from delicious frozen custard, no matter what time of year it is. My favorite thing to get is the Grizzly cub Special Sundae, add extra Spanish peanuts. This time, I decided to get the Grizzly Cup, but add Reesie's cups (pictured). This location has ample parking and outdoor dining. If you're ever in Beavercreek and want to try something deliciously sweet, head on over to Ritter's.

Always satisfied. Personal favorite, the strawberry wafer cookie sundae. My doggies love the little pup cups too.

A bunch of unsupervised teenagers. Eating brownies and snacking while making the ice cream and refreshments. Multiple workers sitting on the freezers talking while the drive thru is wrapped. Plastic wrapping from silverware came through my straw of my Chocolate milkshake. Another guy is chewing on a spoon and pulling it out of his mouth with his hand in between making orders, exposing all the following items to his saliva This has been my experience twice in a row now. The cleanliness and food safety is not there.

Custard is good, customer service went down and now gone. We've been going to Ritter's for 15 years almost weekly in the Summer and monthly in the Winter. We have three kids. Everyone has been a fan. It's been our neighborhood ice cream stand. It has always been observed that the cars and customers that arrive Right at close (9pm in this case) that the employee set up cones for the drive thru showing it's closed and then an employee kind of stands at the back of the line to show they are closed. This evening, we arrived at 9pm exactly. The cones were not placed yet. We were in line at 9p. There were three customer groups in line including us. Our kids were picking what they wanted. We stood there 5 mins until a curly haired kid came out at 9:05 and told the three of us these exact words "You all have to go". The first group stated "they were here" so the employee immediately said "ok you are good" but "the rest of you need to go". Before hearing anything else, that was it. No apologies, no sympathy, just direct "get out" language. Wow. I could not believe it. Everyone was so disappointed. We left as firmly instructed to do so. Sad as it is, we are done. We will take our family time and money to Jet Freeze, DQ, or Graeters. What a sad day.
