Rising Star Casino

They took away the Supersize Free Play on Fridays for higher VIP club members! I liked having an extra day to schedule my visit and receive a bonus!

It is a casino boat with 4 levels. The top level is non smoking and the other levels you can smoke. There is free soft drinks where it is self serve with cups next to it. Get a members card for deals. It doesn't get busy on the weekdays. There is a lunch buffet on Tues and Wed.

Rooms are a dump. Lazy staff. Staff not engaged. Bistro area is filthy. Not sure how you pass health inspections. Run out of food. Buffet closes on Friday night at 8pm. Place stinks of cigarette smoke. Why Indiana still allows this is beyond me. Front desk in particular very disengaged. Too busy resting on elbows and not looking at who is standing there. Wellington Steakhouse is not good. If you dare stay here, just order door dash. Rooms are not cleaned daily or fresh linens left. Rooms are Motel 6 quality. This will be my last time at this place. Whoever is in charge obviously doesn't care about customer experience. Did I say dump? Run. Don't walk.The only shining spot was the golf club bistro. They get it. They understand customer service. Must be why her tip box is almost overflowing. Maybe send the other from the casino to learn customer service.

Once again outstanding food and service at Wellington's. Colleen is a terrific server! Thanks Kimberly for a wonderful time.

It was horrible. Not everyone that comes to this casino is older. The food was terrible. They should be ashamed of themselves. The selection wasn't great either. My mom loves the casino but we leave to go out to eat.. Breakfast is a joke .

I contacted Rising Star Casino hotel on Jan 17th to make reservations . The phone was answered promptly by a lady named Jan or Jane. I wished I knew the correct name. This lady was a pleasure to talk to. She was very knowledgeable about all the questions I ask. She made sure that I will be accommodated on my future reservation.Rising Star this employee is definitely an asset to your organization

People can have Hollywood casino, give me rising star. Awesome employees, great food, and an overall great atmosphere!

So why is it if the machines are messed up won't hit after ready to hit then you done sunk a lot of money in them and you get nothing back for there machines not working why because they make them were you can't hit because they had people playing the night before and they won $68.000.00 dollars so how is this fair to the people sinking money in the machines how's is that aloud to happen and the people that stay in there hotel don't win hardly nothing and people walk in off the street and hit jackpots after two spins and you've been there not right and just look at you smiling saying we can't do nothing and oo yes I will be doing something

i have been going to Rising Star for a decade. But all of sudden they took my promo play away plus a rude letter. I'll take my money else where.

Although the place and the environment very beautiful, unfortunately they have been blocking slot machines in this casino very badly! even more than nearby casinos. I don't know the reason for this blocking that takes all of your few grandsss in less than an hour! most of the customers are local senior citizens and there seems to be a mutual agreements...very strange situation!
