Rip Rap Shake Shack

This place was nice! It was a fun place to try some ice cream. Our kids enjoyed the blueberry ice cream with some gummy bears. I tried a hot fudge sundae and my husband had a chocolate shake. This is a nice and affordable little ice cream place!

This is a quintessential ice cream / soft serve shake but they also make shakes! I had a large peanut butter shake, which was yummy. There was just one family in line in front of me so I didn't have to wait long. Ice creme in December. Yes!!

We love Rip Rap Shake Shack!! We love all the dole whip flavors! Haven't had one yet that we don't like!

Tried the blueberry soft serve and it was very good. Similar to the King's Island blueberry soft serve. Try it; you will like it. They had many other concoctions which looked amazing and I imagine tasted great as customers were smiling.

Ice Cream Sundae Bowl - @riprapshakeshack This was the peanut butter sundae bowl.... Very good. ( always could use more peanut butter - but that's just me ). They also have mega shakes ( it was just too hot at 100 degrees, to attempt to eat one. )

I just tried it. Didn't even know it existed and lived here for a half dozen years or more. This thing blows the doors off of dairy queen. It's right next to the rip rap roadhouse which has great food. These guys are so creative in their desserts. The kids absolutely love the desserts. Definitely a place to come back to you for the summer.

Great friendly service. Always better to go before most dinner times are over like before 6 pm for sure because it does get busy. Always friendly wait staff here. Family friendly with plenty of picnic tables. The sundaes are awesome and so are the dole ice creams. Would definitely recommend!!

Not great ice cream and very expensive for the value. But a nice family place. Just not worth the price but their big shakes are cool looking but the ice cream doesn't taste great.

Really good ice cream! I had a nutter butter Blizzard-like concoction. It had large chunks of cookie and just the right amount of peanut butter sauce on top. The vanilla soft serve was excellent too. Just the right amount of sweet creaminess. This would be 5 stars but for how melted the ice cream was when it was handed to me and the fact that about 1/5th of the treat was missing and/or skimped. The makers couldn't even fill the cup! For $7 and such a small cup, come on!

This place is sooo good! If you haven't checked it out yet do it!!!! They have a good variety of soft serve, amazing HUGE milkshakes and their staff is so friendly. Also the place is just adorable and right by the river and bike path for a great walk! They always have special exciting flavors so check out their facebook page.
