Went for the last EPL match of the season and were welcomed in (we were from out of town) right away by fellow Liverpool supporters. Great, cozy pub!

Hanging out today doing the Queen City Beer Mile and watching ncaa football. The is Great place to watch soccer. This place has a great rep for soccer fans to come together for a match and have a few beers.

I've been here several times over the years. Every time I seem to forget what a lousy bar it is. Caveat: if you live in the neighborhood and drink there every day, it's probably the best bar in the world. For us visitors who pop in from time to time, it's not good. Rude. The bartenders seem to hate the gentrification of the area, and they take it out on the customers. It's not an enjoyable experience. This bar offers nothing you cannot get elsewhere. They don't want you there, so don't go.

Best spot in the city to catch a game and have a few cheap drinks. You are allowed to bring your food in too which is a plus!

I never do this. However, we had what was a great experience turn sour in a matter of moments. We ordered a round of drinks and were never served. Bartender insisted we had been served and suggested we were out for free drinks. We had been good patrons all day. Tipped well. Bought well and feel we were taken advantage of.

I was considering having a drink at this establishment, but as I approached the door an employee exited and yelled obscenities at some nearby bike police officers. She then angrily returned to the inside and continued venting about the police to other people inside (I could see this from outside). Really bizarre and not a good vibe.
