Revel OTR Urban Winery

I attended Revel's New Year's Eve party, and it was a fantastic event, especially for a mature crowd. While I didn't try the food stations they had throughout the venue (I had dinner before the party), the setup looked inviting, and other guests seemed to enjoy it.I spent most of the evening upstairs with the live band, which was definitely the highlight of the night. The music was great, and I had a blast singing, dancing, and mingling with other guests. The atmosphere was lively yet sophisticated, making it an excellent choice for a New Year's celebration.This was my first visit to Revel, but based on the positive experience, I'm excited to return!

We went on a wine and dessert tour. It ended here with 5 pours. We had 2 white, 2 red and 1 rose. They weren't bad but not great. Fun place to get a flight. Had to open as a brewery and then made wine. Wineries required a ton of barrels to operate. Breweries required small amount of beer. Still has 2 small beer machines. It's interesting that they have cans that hold .5 bottle made for TQL stadium. Got a tour off the small operation by the tour company. Not impressed by the workers. Our tour guide did the tastings. A bar and a few tables inside. I am updating my review after hearing back from the owner within an hour. Turns out he usually does the tastings and tours but had a conflict so let the tour guide do it. He has realized it is not providing the image they want to represent. Not fair to criticize him for that. He also invited me back for another tour and tasting with him.

This is such a neat place! The wine is great (and award winning), and whether you are a fan of reds or whites, this place is amazing. I love going here after work and getting an Aperol Spritz, but really, anything is great here. If you are in the OTR area, it is a great place for post-work wine wind-downs or just to recover from a long day of the grind. Everyone I have met there is just amazing and friendly.

Update: I really appreciate Anthony personally meeting with me for 2 hours and having a deep discussion about my experience at Revel and his commitment to providing a better experience going forward. Open dialogue + an intent to truly make things right goes a long way. This is what builds trust and makes me want to come back! It was good to see Revel's mission as a business come through in the way he handled this situation - Anthony is a class act and truly wants Revel to be a place where everybody is welcome.

There are a lot of great bars in the area but Revel makes sure to set themselves apart. Absolutely loved the conversation cards and the live music. Weird flex, but I was impressed but the cleanliness of the bathroom on a Friday night. One star deducted bc we got two wine flights but they weren't marked and I really wish they were. There was one wine I absolutely loved and one wine I absolutely hated and I'll never know which one to order

Recently rented the upstairs space for my friend's Bridal Shower and it was amazing! Great space, great music, lovely people, very accomodating & helpful... just wonderful overall! In addition to a wonderful venue experience I also have to say the wine was delicious, I highly recommend the Black Sheep Rouge, which is one of the Revel Winery wines. Deep & smooth!

Eric was friendly and made a great spicy margarita! The Chardonnay was a Revel original and it was alvery dry, a tad bit disappointing. The tables included card games that helped start conversations, which was a fun way you could get to know the folks you're with! They also have art on the second floor which was very unique and pretty - lots of things had wine corks infused, just very cool!

Can't say enough about this venue for my son's wedding reception l Absolutely perfect, great service, very accommodating and excellent atmosphere. Highly recommend.!! Davis was a great coordinator.

Revel is a one of a kind experience in Cincinnati. We live in Indianapolis and make it to Cincinnati at least 6-8 times a year. A stop at Revel usually begins our evening, serves as our nightcap and many times both. (Expert tip - the Sangiovese is a must)

Top tier wine selection with a down-to-earth vibe. The Sauvignon Blanc blend is amazing!
